The bidders should have provided similar services to provide manpower to Government/ PCKLs /Govt Authorities or Local bodies or Govt PSUs continuously for at least one year during the last three financial years. Performance certificate from these organizations shall be furnished

Bank Solvency Certificate for Rs.10 Lakhs duly signed by Chartered Accountant

Details of the Registration with Labour department for having at least 100 personnel (copy to be submitted in Form C only)

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government PCKLs /Govt authorities / PSUs or companies (see clause (ii)). The bidder should be furnished

The bidder shall have the financial annual turnover in at least one financial year in the preceding three financial years (2022-23 & 2023-24 2024-25), two times the contract value i.e, Rs, 1,45,00,000 The audited balance-sheet certified by a Chartered Accountant shall be submitted as a proof of the turn-over

The bidder should be a registered Agency / firm / Company with P.F., ESI, IT, service Tax and with contract licenses (as applicable) etc from Labour department / ISO 9001/2008 Certificate

The Private Company must be registered / incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and 2013 / partnership Act 1932
