Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Excluding Seingorage Charges

Construction of un-reinforced at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 / 53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scared and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21 - days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD (RBR-CCPV-5).

Removal of wet Silt and sludge from sullage drain with aid of baskets and vessels and labour charges etc,. Complete. As per SSR P11/40 (PH)

Excavation for drains as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including other materials and disposal upto lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavataed suitable materials as per technical specifivcation by manual means in all soils.

Conveyance of surplus excavated earth to lead of 1 Km from work spot including all labour charges etc complete

Providing sand for filling in foundations with filling sand as per Technical specification including cost and conveyance of all materials from source to site and labour charges for filling,Watering,ramming etc., Complete

Providing Plain cement concrete M15 grade nominal mix (1:2.5:5) as approved by the department using 40 to 20 mm hard granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing of concrete, all lifts, leads, delifts, centering, laying in position, vibrating, compacting, curing, removal of centering, all labour charges, tools and plants, and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge (concrete machine mixing) ((BLD-CSTN 2-12))

VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work. for culvert slabs BLD-CSTN-2-13

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD / TMT (Fe-500 / Fe-500D / Fe-550) with ISI Standard Mark bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded BLD-CSTN-2-18

Note : The contractor should engage Technical personel during execution of work failing which necessary amount will be deducted from the contractor bill. The labour cess @1% shall be deducted from the contractor's bill without adding to the workdone as per the Government orders. Manufacturing and Supply and delivery of Unplasticised PVCs pipes for potable water supplies conforming to IS:4985/2000(third revision) with bell ends (socket) as per specification in light Grey/Natural Lvory Grey/Any other Color (except White) inclusive of transporation to the sub -divisional stores anywhere in AP excluding Excise duty and including Sales Tax etc. 200 mm Dia PVC pipes 10kg/cm2

Lowering, Laying, Jointing and testing to hydralic test pressure including cost of water with minumum water lead of 50m for UPVC pressure pipes in ready made trenches true to alignment and gradient including all sundries but excluding cost & conveyance of pipes from source of supply and jointing materials as per BIS No.7634- Part III - 1975 . 200 mm Dia PVC pipes 10kg/cm2

Collection and supply of filling sand including cost and conveyance at site of work and labour charges for spreading , watering and ramming etc.., complete ( clause 305-89 MORD and 304 MORTH)(RBR-F NDN-2)

Manufacture, Supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated softsealing gate valves (Sluice valves) with bodybonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/ SG 400/12 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2- 1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846- 2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per IS:1538.
