site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level including allowances for any additional excavation beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings), re-handling of material/earth to complete the task.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as Earth work for Sewer line and Manhole in excavation in foundation, trenches manholes, road side chambers etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated matenal, refilling after laying pipe/foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m

Add extra for overall depth of excavation above 1.5 m and upto 3.0 m over item no 17.1.1.1

Providing and fixing CLOSE timbering in trenches of sewer line and manholes including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) for following depth below NGL.Depth upto 3.0 m

Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of PVC-U pipes (SN 8) as per IS 15328 (amended up to date) and as per specifications with rubber rings with socket and spigot joint, (EPDM/SBR) for all depths for pipe length as per drawing and specification including hydraulic field testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning etc complete as directed by Engineer. Note: E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber's wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payablE 17.26.3 200 mm Nominal Dia

Providing granular bedding having width = outer dia of pipe (Bc) + 500mm, thickness below pipe = 0.25Bc or 100mm (whichever is higher) and haunching = 0.5Bc, with graded hard crusher broken stone of 100% passing through 20mm sieve, 20 to 50% passing through 10mm sieve and 100% retain on 6.3mm sieve, laying in layers of thickness 10/15cm including ramming, consolidation etc complete for all type of pipes of following sizes as per drawing and or as directed by Engineer 200 mm internal diameter

Providing, fixing and constructing of pre-cast RCC M-40 grade circular manholes with internal dia 1.0m and up to specified depth having pre-cast RCC M-40 grade circular manhole cover frame (ID 0.56m, OD 0.92m), conical piece (top ID 0 56m, bottom ID 1 0m, vertical height 0.805m, wall thickness 125mm), and circular rings of required heights (ID 1.0m, height 150/225/300/600 mm, wall thickness 125mm) below conical plece as per required depth of manhole and having steel reinforcement in conical piece @ not less than 80 kg per cum of concrete, including cast-in-situ PCC M-10 grade (136) foundation of 1 625m dia and 150mm thickness, PCC M15 grade circular wall ID 0 925m, wall thickness 200mm, height equal to ID of sewer pipe + one wall thickness of pipe 50 mm (to flush the manhole frame with road top, height of wall can be increased but not more than 100mm), PCC M15 grade benching and channel portion and up to top level of sewer pipe etc complete with curing compaction and form work, supplying and fixing heavy duty SFRC manhole cover as per IS 12592 (Part I and II), supplying and fixing plastic encapsulated CI/MS foot steps/SFRC foot steps, including cost of shuttering, steel reinforcement, testing for water tightness etc. complete in all respect as per drawing, as per specification and the direction of the Engineer. Depth of manhole shall be measured from top of manhole cover upto lowest invert of pipe. (Depth includes in the item = height of Conical piece ID of Sewer pipe + 1 Wall thickness of pipe +50mm)

Construction of House Sewer Connection

inside and outside of a dwelling properties to connect all the outlets of Kitchen, Bath, toilet/WC of the property to existing inspection chamber of Sewer Network, which includes Door-to-door survey of all properties to be connected with Sewer Network, Preparation of sketch/drawing of arrangement for each house with all the details and obtain approval from Engineer In-charge or his representative and Preparation of as built drawing (Layout plan) in AutoCAD for each property/dwelling connection with sewer network up to manhole. Including Dismantling of all type of flooring and roads, i.e. BT/CC/VMM/interlocking block etc with mechanical cutter. Including Required Excavation of pipe trench/chamber in all type of strata of specified width up to all depth, Providing, laying, jointing and aligning of PVC-U pipes (SN-8) as per 15328 (amended up to date) / HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN-8 grade as per IS 16098 (amended up to date)/ SWR Pipes with required PVC/ DWC/SWR Fittings with required level & location in buried position over bedding of 50 mm thick M-10 grade and in open position above ground/floor with an encasing of pipe 50 mm cover at 3 sides with M10 grade concrete, Providing, laying, jointing and aligning 160 mm dia PVC-U pipes (SN-8) as per IS15328 (Amended up to date) providing as sleeve to 110 mm dia PVC-U pipes/HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes (exposed to atmosphere) for crossing open drains, demolishing, if required and reconstruction of drain in original position with PCC M-10, Brick work with modular extruded burnt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 1988) in CM 1.4, 12 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and Construction of 2 Nos brick masonry chamber of bricks class designation 75 of 115 mm wall thickness in cement mortar 1 4, clear inside dimension 320 x 320 x 550 mm, 50 mm thick base PCC 1.3.6, providing & fixing 350 x 350 mm RCC precast cover with frame of LD-2.5, earth filling in gaps, finishing with PCC 1:3:6 inside the chamber, Chamber-1 with square mouth S.W. gulley trap P-type of size 100 x 100 mm as per IS 651: 1992 (amended up to date) with CI grating, in slope around the mouth of Gulley Trap including provision for fixing of 2 nos. 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe etc to connect a single inlet after connecting all the outlets of kitchen & bath & outlet of this chamber will connect to Chamber-2 or inspection chamber and the Chamber-2 with a provision for fixing of 2 nos. 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe etc ie a single inlet after connecting all outlets of toilet & WC of premises to exiting Inspection chamber, Emptying of septic tank/soakage well etc. disposing of sludge within a lead of 5 Km
