SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metres wide and n.exc 1.5 metres deep and getting out in any type of soil, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floor, 40mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, lintel, over 1.50m span all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified.Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening preparatory to distempering including preparation of surface complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC , all as specified. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-7.5 nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Aluminium snap grid system of grid size 605x605 mm with frame work of exposed metal frame ceiling with and including 6mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous meterial reinforced with cellulose fiber for fixing in 605x605mm grid hanger to be fixed as per site requirement.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceeiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified.

Mild steel work as in roof trusses , purlins etc including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Gde Fe 290-W ( Gde-E-165 quility-A) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new new steel surface not exc 10 cm width or grith of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over coat of redoxide primer.

Welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4Kg/Sqm complete to steel members.

Mild steel pressed handles oval type of size 150 mm stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads in squares, not exc. 0.5sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Part-II:- Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS (Multi strand) PVC insulated ISI Marked unsheathed cable in and including concealed PVC conduits, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 25 mm dia and conforming to IS-9537 (Part-II) 1983 with all fittings/ accessories and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor FLRS as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and including pressed steel/ cast iron of suitable sizes terminal boxes made from 1.60 mm thick sheet for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc. covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet (Make Hylum or equivalent ISI marked) for one light point or one fan point or one bell point, independent, controlled by one way switch/ push button complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No '50' above, but for one 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on the independent board, all as specified and directed.
