Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning reinforcement cement concrete elevated Circular Over head storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M25 in foundation, walls, bottom slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, refilling and disposing of all surplus stuff within all leads and lifts labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipeproper manifold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete, M.S manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks. Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 metre from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capacity of soil and drawings, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
