Providing 2nd class deodar wood work in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts, post plates, wall plates and the like wrought framed, hoisted and fixed in position. 6mm (six millimeter) cement plaster 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) in ceiling complete including curing complete as per PWD specification. 15mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side in cement mortar 1:6 (one Cement : six Sand). of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor twol level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.including curring and carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) overall with 0.63mm (zero point six three millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating icluding fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing pre-painted sheet valleys 90cm (ninety centimetre) over all of kotar metal single skin trapezoidal profiled sheet 0.60cm (zero point sixty centimetre) thickness having 1060mm cover width over all width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six millimetre) 28mm (twenty eight millimetre) crest depth at 353mm +2mm (three hundred fifty three millimetre plus two millimetre) C/C crest distance. There will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening heaving crest depth of 2.5mm (two point five milimetre) . The main crest with at top 25mm (twenty five millimetre) and at lower 81mm (eighty one millimetre) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc waiting top with regular modified polysters coating of approved shade and balancing EPDM seal complete in all respect as per approved drawing, design and in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick (tweleve milimeter) plain lining in 2nd class deodar wood with tongued and groved jointing and screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately with. Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) rain water pipes of supreme / finolex / princ working pressure not less than 4.5 kg (four decimal five kilogram) per square centimeter including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete 150 mm (one hundred fifty milimeter) dia. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) supreme / pinolex / princ of accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete 150mm (one hundred fifty milimeter) dia PVC plain bend. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
