Supply, fabrication & erection of Structural steel work, using MS pipes (Class B medium)for columns, trusses, purlins, bracings etc. fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, bending, fabrication, welding or bolting, erecting in position, aligning the erected structure, closing the ends of the pipes by doing complete welding, cost of all materials and labour, charges of fixing and removing temporary lifeline/ scaffolding if necessary, safety arrangements, hire charge for cranes, hire for tools & machineries, other incidentals etc. complete. Painting with two coats Synthetic Enamel paint over two coats of zinc chromate primer, including one coat of primer before fabrication and one additional coat of primer after fabrication and erection, followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint, after surface preparation, rubbing, cleaning, surface preparation, mechanical buffing including the cost and conveyance of all materials,cost of scaffolding, labour, other incidentals etc. complete. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (9 No:s)

Providing and fixing Roofing/ Cladding of sheds with 0.56mm thk SDP coated Coloured Aluminium trafford sheet with overlaps of 150mm longitudinally and one crest along the width, using 6mm dia self tapping screws of make M/s Corroshield/HILTI (6x75mm size) with atleast 4 no:s per sqm, consealed with 3mm thick EPDM sealing washers including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, charges of fixing and removing temporary lifeline & roof ladder, safety arrangements etc. complete. Screw and washers shall be provided at all the purlins at every alternate crest of roofing sheet and alternate depression of cladding sheet. Hip shall have screw at every ridge of roofing sheet. Stitch screw shall be provided longitudinally along the overlap of sheet at spacing 250mm c/c. It should be ensured that the roofing area shall be leak proof after the completion of the work. Roof ladder should be placed wherever necessary. Measurements for roofing sheets shall be taken for overall finished surface area only, and no separate measurement shall be made for overlaps, sidelaps, or end laps. The roofing sheets of the movable shed shall be installed with adequate end overlaps at the adjoining ends of adjacent sheds, ensuring effective prevention of rainwater ingress into the covered area and proper discharge of rainwater outside the roof covered area.

Supplying and fixing 0.56mm thick SDP coated Aluminium coloured Ridge with overlaps of 200mm including cutting and bending , using 6mm dia self tapping screws of make M/s Corroshield/HILTI including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, charges of fixing and removing temporary lifeline & roof ladder etc. complete with a minimum overlap of 150mm at ends. Width of ridge shall be minimum 600mm. It should be ensured that the Aluminium coloured Ridge area should be leak proof after completion of work. FRP Material shall be used for leak proofing. Measurements for roofing sheets shall be taken for overall finished surface area only, and no separate measurement shall be made for overlaps, sidelaps, or end laps.

Supply and fixing of Wheel assembly set for movable sheds, with 300mm dia, 25mm thick at web, 70mm thick at rim, to line and level. Cast steel with 60mm bore, bearing, shaft etc. to suit movable shed rail, with all fittings and acccesories including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, tools, other incidentals etc.

Supplying, fabricating and erecting to line and level rails of M.S Solid section 50mmx75mm on M.S Seating plates of size 200x100x20 mm including cleaning and levelling of the existing surface/foundation on which the rails are to be placed ,clearing the debris, cost of drilling 18 mm dia holes in MS plate, fixing anchor bolt nuts at spacing of 500mm c/c on either side of the rail maintaining surface level condition with necessary packing concrete/plates/shims to ensure proper stability. MS fishplates shall be provided of size 650mmx50mmx15mm shall be provided at either side of rail joints and fixing each plate to be done using 16 mm dia, 100mm long MS bolts. Cost inclusive of cutting of rail to the desired length if required at Hull Shop/ Maintenance Shop, providing holes in the rails, welding of MS plates,fixing of fishplates, surface preparation of existing rail foundation, bolts, nuts and painting all accessories using two coat of enamel paint over two coat of epoxy primer. Rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, accessories like anchor bolts, MS Plates and Bolts, MS fishplates, necessary packing for rail correction, labour and other incidentals etc. complete.

Supplying, fabricating and erecting to line and level rail end stoppers made of M.S plates 25mm and 16mm thick including cost of drilling 18 mm dia holes in MS plate, fixing the anchor bolt nuts at spacing of 250mm c/c on either side of the plate. Cost inclusive of cutting of plates to the desired length and width, welding of MS plates, providing holes in the plates, cleaning, levelling of the existing surface/foundation on which the plates are to be placed,clearing the debris, surface preparation of existing rail foundation, bolts and painting all accessories using two coat of enamel paint over two coat of epoxy primer. Rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, accessories like anchor bolts, anchoring chemical, MS Bolts, MS Plates, necessary packing for level correction, labour and other incidentals etc. complete. Cost of providing and fixing wooden end stoppers will be measured as per Item no: 09.

Cutting and Fixing in position of CSL supplied hardwood into size of 450x300x270mm (4Nos) and 400x250x150mm (36Nos) including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of bolts and plates, nuts and washers, all labour, other incidentals etc complete.
