SOURCE WORK / TREATMENT WORKS

Construction of 8 M dia and about 6.0 Mtr depth below M.W.L.Infiltration Well including cost of M.P.S. pump house supermounted over infiltration well including construction of approach bridge minimum span 10.00m ,maximum as per site requirement including supply of all materials, cartage, labour and T&P etc., but excluding cost of pumps, motor and all other electrical equipments.

PUMP HOUSE/STAFF QUARTER

Design & Construction of Pump house one each at M.P.S and I.P.S. having size 8.00 x 7.00 x 6.00 M (internal dimensions) to accomodate 2 pumping plants including cost of all material labour, cartage and T&P etc all complete.Design should be structurally sound having asthetical look . Pump house consist of foundation for pumping plants, cable trench ,provision for Gaintry craine internal electrification etc. complete.

Construction of following Staff Quarter at M.P.S ,I.P.S.and at Top C.W.R for Pump operator/Chaukidar including cost of all material,Fitting , labour, cartage and T&P etc all complete. Set of 2 Quarters of Type-I at M.P.S & I.P.S

Construction H.T.Room one each at M.P.S and I.P.S. having size 4.00 x 3.00 x 3.60 M including cost of all material labour, cartage and T&P etc all complete.

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P and to construct transformer platform one each at M.P.S and I.P.S. having size 3m x 1.5m x 1.5m including cost of all labour & fitting etc all complete.

SUMPS & CWR Design & construction of R.C.C. CWR of following capacities ( in kiloliters ) including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and with M.S. ladder outside & inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixiing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials), fixing of MS Bucket type chlorinators of 25 lit capacity over service reservoirs including supply of chlorinators. flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. M.H. cover etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex) / enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials.

RISING MAIN Providing of all materials, Carting to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying of API Pipes confirming to API 5L, Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of eletrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalent quality of electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete. including painting of pipes with two coats of approved quality anti-corrosive paint over one coat of primar including material etc complete.

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 1.5m. lead upto 30m including refilling (with a clear cover of minimum 80 cm over laid pipes with refilled earth) , watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m. from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete.

PROTECTION WORKS (AS REQUIRED AT SITES OF WORK)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Protection work as Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls,retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
