PILE FOUNDATION:

Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 1000mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:

Material and Labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked including modular GI flush box of suitable size with inner and outer white plastic plate (Same make of approved switch and socket) including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core F.R.L.S. cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the following:-

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimensions 600 x 600 x 750 mm, bottom floor of the pit shall be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 mm thick. The top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet min 3 mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 02 nos steel hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wire mesh cable tray with cover all as per drg & details attached suitable for appx height 45 RM in vertical position on wall, made of stainless steel 316L- low carbon content (suitable for high temp & high corrosion applications) grade, specific fire resistance with complete accessories like coupler, standard supports, base frame and fixing arrangement suitable to hold designd load, clips, bolts, nuts, washers and Earth continuety conductor etc complies to Class 9D IEC 61537(10-2006). Cable tray shall be manufactured with a longitudinal 'T' weldes safety edge. Mounting accessories mechanically tested & supplied by cable tray manufacturer must be used with same finish as that of tray. Tray should comply satandard EN 10088-2-AISI 304L-X2CrNi 18.09 degreased, pickled & passivated at least 1000hrs of Salt Spray Test (SST) in accordance with the standard EN 9227/ ISO 9227. In addition stainless steel must be able to withstand at least 10 cycles of Kesternich SO2 test in accordance with DIN 50018. Assemblies with specific fire resistant properties must have an E30-E90 certificate. The cable tray system shall consist following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the following: (i) Cable tray shall manufacture with longitudinal 'T' weldedsafty edges. (ii) The deflection of cable tray must be not more than 1/200th of distance between two supports and tested accordance with the standered IEC 61537. (viii) Load testing as per manufacturer recommendation and shall be carried out in presence of user upto satisfaction of GE. (ix) Contractor shall submit copy of OEM test results duly signed by user and GE. (x) All joints and accessories shall be as per recommendation of OEM only (xi) Fixing arrangement of cable , wave guards shall be provide by the OEM as per site requirements.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning silent type diesel engine driven generating set comprising of capacity 82.5 KVA/ 66KW, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 1500 RPM 0.8 Power factor, 50 Hz directly coupled with diesel engine capable of taking 10% overload for one hour for every 12 hours (as per BS-5514) coupled directly to alaternator mounted on a rigid bed plate with suitable aqoustic enclosure and complete with standard control panel, battery, battery lead and fuel tank of suitable capacity with flexible coupling mounted on common base plate on vibration pads on foundation as recommended by manufacturer including AMF panel alongwith connected accessories with relay panel for automatic starting on main electric supply failure, control panel having meters, AVR control excitation. The DG set shall comprise of electric starter motor, turbo charger, water cooled and comprising all standard fittings/fixtures and all piping etc as below:-

ENGINE:- Diesel Engine direct injection, 4 stroke vertical in line cylinders, liquid cooled with specified shaft output after reduction of power for engine auxiliaries and when operating at a governed speed of 1500 RPM at NTP condition. The engine is suitable for continuous duty and conforms to IS 10000 (execpt for HA 694 and turbo chrged engines which confirm to BS 5514). The engine is complete with all standard accessories and fittings as detailed below. ALTERNATOR:- self - excited, self- regulated, screen protected, drip proof alternator with static excitation system, capable of developing rated output at 415V, 0.8 p.f, 50Hz when running at 1500 RPM at NTP conditons and conforms to the IS 4722 standards. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated as per CPCB-II norms as per CPCB-II norms as amended upto date, sound level 75 dB (A) at 1 mtr from enclosure in free field conditions as per ISO 8528.The emission from DG set shall not exceed the limits set by CPCB norms and the environment protection third amendment rules 2013, issued by Ministry of Environment and Forest GoI amended upto date

CONTROL PANEL: Floor mounting fabricated sheet steel construction, suitable for single running manual operations and rated for system output. The panel should be made of 1.6 mm sheets and with one/two hinged front doors of 2mm sheet steel bolted back / sides, totally enclosed and vermin proof.

MATERIAL FOR AMF CONTROL PANEL: The micro processor based AMF panel shall be with AMF controller suitable to start the engine on main failure after 10-15 second time delay and to switch off engine only after 60-90 seconds after the main supply restored. The AMF controller shall have under/ over voltage, over load protection, coolant temp cut off, fuel control upto 10% tank capacity. The panel shall also have one change over switch and switch gears of suitable capacity to bypass main supply when the AMF control become defective. The panel should be made of 2 mm sheets and with hinged front doors.

Note : The following are included in the scope of work :- (a) The panel will be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of multi stranded copper cable. The suitable control of AMF panel with all meters, control wires. (b) Tools as supplied by the manufacturer (c) Fuel tank shall be provided inside canopy (d) Thermostat switch inside the acoustic enclosure shall be provided to shut off the DG set incase of temperature increases beyond its rated temperature inside the acoustic enclosure (e) There shall be proper air circulation and windows with glass in the acoustic enclosure suitably located to read the meters of various controls from outside (f) Necessary grouting including mild steel work and anti vibration pad shall be provided (g) Necessary foundation of installation and plinth protection of the DG set shall be provided as per manufactuers recommendation (h) Necessary 10% overload test shall be carried out in the presence of testing officer nominated by Accepting Officer.

AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT:

Supply and fix aviation obstruction light LED type medium indensity type 'C' luminious of 2000 Cadla Red obstruction light, Aluminium housing, covered by transparent glass/ polycarbonite input voltage 150-240 VAC range with mounting brackets, foundation complete at height appx 40m building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire/strip armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) LT 1100 Volt grade, with aluminium conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core in trenches/fixing on wall/poles/passing through pipes complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing MCB distribution board in sheet metal enclosure, powder coated, factory made IP 43 protection, IP 09 single door type SPN 2 way with 200 Amps without bus bar for use of MCB 5-32 Amps, SP fixed properly at directed place by using suitable required fixing arrangement all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 230 Volts, 5-32 Amps, 'C' series breaking capacity of 10KA complete all specified and as directed.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM:

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of flexible 2 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, PVC insulated, cross laid up, overall Aluminum Mylar tape shielded along with ATC drain wire PVC outer sheated cable laid in existing complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm Repeater/ Annunciator Panel shall display fire/ fault messages simultaneousely with FACP. It shall be capable of interfacing with the FACP on a single RS 485 Bus. The panel shall have a 2 x 40 charactet backlit alphanumeric LCD display, which shall display date, time & description of alarm/ trouble events that are displayed in the FACP with an inbuilt buzzer to indicate fault/ fire alarm. The repeater panel shall have the following LED's indications supply, fault, mute, silent disabled and fire. The panel shall be capable of operating on 24 V DC supply. The systems should have Modbus RTU/ASCII and Modbus TCP protocols.Users can easily intergate Modbus TCP and Modbus serial devices UL Listed and EN approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, draw, connecting, testing and commissioning of 2 core 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated PVC sheathed, aluminium myler tape shielded FRLS armoured cable fiited on surface/ in trenches etc for repeator panel complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variatiuon between 150 V to 290 V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % suitable for air conditioner 1.5 TR with minimum capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variatiuon between 150 V to 285 V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % suitable for air conditioner 2.0 TR with minimum capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of air cooled, packaged ductable air conditioning system, complete with Machine (High side) floor mounted inverter type packaged AC units of sepecified capacities with scroll compressor, condensing unit with all standard fittings, safety devices, like HP/LP cutout, initial filling of refrigerent Gas, PVC drain piping with insulation, SA/ RA duct & grills as per design approved by GE, single phase preventor, overload relays, vibration isolation pads etc required for commissioning and smooth functioning of air-conditioning unit compressing the following:.

Supply, installation, commissioning water cooler with Stainless steel body, water purifier system single phase 230 volt, with RO + UV technology of capacity of appx flow rate 100 L/ hr with 3 Nos (normal, hot and cold water) outlet having minimum 15 Litre Normal & 15 Litre Cold water storage capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for auto operation, single phase, naturally air cooled indoor type and designed working voltage range 150 to 280 V for capacity 2.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

WIRE ROPE ELECTRIC HOIST:

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wire rope electric hoist with electric trolly of capacity 1.0 Ton (minimum, complete with ISMB for Mono rail as per approved design & bldg plan, cable trailing system for trolley movement on monorail, wire rope for travelling, rope tightness, U clamps, Rope tightness, U clamps, MS brackets, wiring from isolator to hoist with 4 core copper cable, cable trolleys, clamp, brackets etc. all as per technical specification given below suitable to facilitate hoisting and lowering of heavy equipment/ Antenna drive motor and other items is to be provided on roof top complete al las specified and as directed.

NOTE: Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the following: (i) Design, supply & installation of ISMB mono rail required size & length as shown in Drg. (ii) Contractor shall submit GA drg and technical specification and design detail for approval of GE. (iii) Arrangement for load testing by GE. (iv) Load testing shall be carried out in presence of user and upto the satisfaction of GE.

Soakage wells of size 1.8mx3.00m effective depth excavation in any type of soil and removal, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including interception chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats all as specification and directed.

On site Hume pipe septic tank for 10 users capacity incl necessary earth work in soft/loose soil and removal designed to carry sewage and sullage water excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation vent shaft connection etc complete all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
