Design , Construction, Installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 0.74 MLD Capacity based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per site and structure requirement, cost of construction of civil work, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/ accessories, Providing, laying of all interconnecting GI/GMSERW pipe and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah / Khad/ natural drainage, all types of valves , fittings and all contingent works at village Bathan (Anderta)capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in Chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O inlet chambers, Raw water Tank, Primary settling Tank, flash mixer, Secondary settling Tank, Flocculator, Rapid sand Filter, Pump House, Back wash tank, Alum & Lime solution Tanks and complete mixing arrangement, drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 meter vide), back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process. Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundary unit of plant area, providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for inspection/operation of various units or any other units or structure required to make plant fully functional. Size shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban Developments (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant codes and specification. All the hydraulic structures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M-30 not less than M-25 design shall be carried out as per data sheet and Technical specification. All the structure shall be designed for uplift pressure encountered at footing as per site, suitable protection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises (Notes :- Refer Technical specifications WTP & Data Sheet.)
