ANNEXURE-A: Civil and Interior Works Dismantling and Removing old tile flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of tile in floors over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A) Vitrified Tiles (1200mm x 600mm) coloured / printed series (Homogeneous)

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame including cost conveyance of all materials and labour for fitting, fixing excluding cost of iron fittings etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of approved design including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of grid mineral fibre ceiling board having size 600 mm x 600 mm x 16mm of approved design and quality complete with frame and all fitting and fixtures. .

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick both side balancing factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand boxes, shelves, racks, almirah, cupboard and drawer etc. including necessary nails,screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying & fixing decorative high pressure Fluted acrylic Treelam laminate sheet of with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality. The item to include wastage of materials and measurement to be done of the visible surface. including cost of adhesive of approved quality

Providing, supplying & fixing PVC based Louvers of approved shade with the required groove pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the vertical surface on the predetermined locations. Placing louvers on the ply board with the approved adhesive so as to fix them properly on the board. The item to include wastage of materials and measurement to be done of the visible surface. including cost of adhesive of approved quality.
