OD217086/2022-2023:Design manufacture supply of 5T capacity electrically operated over head crane arrangements suitably positioned on appropriate ISMB steel sections used as main girders, carbon steel for circulating railing and grooved wheels. The entire assembly shall be capable for three dimensional lifting operations covering the entire pump house area. The whole mechanism must be easily operated from the pump house floor and all the rotating parts shall be fitted with suitable bearings of international quality. The collinear transmission shall incorporated if any shall be jointed with steering cross and rivets. The gear box and transmission arrangements of the crane must be designed for smooth and easier operations. The motors and other electrical fitting connected with the crane shall be comply to relevant Indian Standards. All necessary safety arrangements shall be incorporated in the crane arrangements such as stoppers, overhead protection, earthling etc. The entire installations shall be painted using aluminum paint after two priming coat. An operation manual of the same also be supplied. The trolley frame shall be steel box sections and axial bearing shall be superior roller type. OD5849/2023-2024:Supplying, erection and testing steel tubular swaged polar swaged poles IS 2713 (Part II) -1980 of height 7.5m above ground level and 1.50m below ground level and bottom 139.7 mm, 114.3 mm dia for middle and 88.90 mm dia for top including providing base plate, providing concreting in foundation, construction of pillar accomadating fuse and and switch housed in weather proof box including wiring to the light fitting with 2 runs of 3/20 PVC insulated copper conductor. Supplying and fixing a 4 way 30A rated terminal block include the wather proof box. The pole shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint as required by the Engineer in charge. The street pole shall be as per the drawing enclosed.
Appendix A11-Operation and Maintenance for One year
OD95393/2023-2024:Commissioning of 12 MLD capacity Treatment Plant by testing ,trial running and commissioning of all civil ,Mechanical ,Electrical and electronic components of the plant, operating and maintaining it for a period of one year fulfilling following conditions. (a) All consumables, chemicals and spares required for the commissioning and during the one year maintenance period shall be the responsibility of the Contractor . This includes chemicals viz Alum (20 MT approximately) , Hydrated Lime ( 10 MT approximately), Liquid Chlorine gas for disinfection of Treated water (14 MT approximately) required for the operation of plant for a period of one year. (b) All the operating and supporting staff deployed in the Treatment Plant shall be qualified and experienced as per KWA norms. Minimum One qualified operator and two helpers should be deployed in each shifts and plant shall run in all three shifts. Salary and wages of people deployed for operation and monitoring of WTP shall be the responsibility of Contractor. (c)The treated water quality shall confirm to IS 10500 and its latest amendments. The production out put of the plant shall be meeting the design requirements. (d)Preventive maintenance of all electro mechanical equipment's shall be carried out to ensure no interruption in the running of WTP due to breakdown of electro mechanical components. (e)The functioning of laboratory shall be ensured throughout the day to ensure quality of treated water. All chemical and reagents required for the functioning of laboratory during the maintenance period shall be provided by Contractor . (f) The entire WTP operation and its maintenance shall be done through SCADA system designed and installed for the purpose .Up keeping of SCADA system during the maintenance period also shall be the responsibility of Contractor . (g)Operation and up keeping of CCTV cameras installed at various locations inside water treatment plant for monitoring water treatment plant operation and maintenance shall also be the responsibility of Contractor . (h) In addition to the staff deployed for day to day plant operation (1 Operator and 2 Helpers shift) One watchman cum security guard need to be deployed at main gate and one gardener should be deployed on daily basis for day to day upkeeping of landscaping carried out in the WTP compound. (i) Washing and cleaning of tanks, filter beds, flocculator, Plate settler ,Lamella units ,Lagoon shall be carried out at frequent intervals and all dirt, sediments and other wastages shall be disposed off scientifically. (j)All paintings and finishing's of civil structures happened during the maintenance period shall be rectified by the Contractor. (k) Repair and maintenance of all pumps and motors ,replacement of damaged pump bearings ,motor windings etc. shall be the responsibility of the Contractor . (l) Electricity charges of water treatment plant during the commissioning and maintenance period shall be born by KWA
