Earthing of indoor & outdoor equipments of Sub-Station after proper welding of joints and painting of earth strip above soil with proper clamp etc. as per RESPO approved drawing & resistance of earthing should be not more than 2Ω as per details given below.
Laying of M.S. Bar of 32mm dia for making the complete earthmat in the trenches in S/s Yard of 750mm depth and 500mm width with their straightening, cutting accordingly and welding with overlap joint of 100mm cross joint, T joint.
Making and driving of 3 Mtr. Long electrodes from 32mm dia M.S. Bar having one end conical 150mm long by heat tempering including cutting upto 750mm depth from ground level and welding with earth mat.
Making of triangular bridge by using M.S. electrodes and G.I. Strip 50x6mm with providing of well type pipe earthing upto 20 Mtr. Depth below G/L including welding etc. by boaring process at LA and two side of 11 KV S/G including cost of GI Pipe of size 40mm dia 15 Mtr Long of ISI mark.(all material provided by firm)
welding & laying of G.S. strip 50x6mm size with structures and all equipments in switchyard and control room, M.S. Bar including cutting, binding and proper fixing etc. complete. The welding and laying of G.S. Strips to L.A. with full length of structures and also the M.S. bridge near L.A. structures.

Construction of new transformer plinth of size 4.5x3.5 Mtr. for upto 10 MVA Transfomer having depth 0.5 Mtr. below ground level & 0.5 Mtr. above ground level. The work including excavation of foundation. base & concreting of foundation base of CC 1:6:12 ratio (cement, fine sand & brick ballast) first class brick work of cement morter of ratio 1:4 for masonry & lintring work of transformer plinth of RCC work of ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and store grit of 20mm using MS Bars of 10mm dia(tor) for reinforcement of linter including cutting, bending & binding of MS bars of required plinth size & shape. The work also includes laying of 2 Nos. 3.5 Mts. long rail pieces after cutting in proper size & shape & fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per RESSPO/Approved drawing suitable for 10 MVA transformer & shall be plastered of walls of ratio 1:4 (cement & fine sand)/finished on top and sides of the plinth. ( Only erection )
Fabrication, erection and grouting of the following structures as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing and its, plinth 30cm above ground level as directed by the Engineer Incharge, Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate with material including all accessories

Complete laying and termination of copper control cable in PVC Pipe 4" dia from 5 MVA power T/F and 33 KV VCB in the out door switch yard in the Transformer relay control panel inside the control room including cost of all materials and labour required for proper completion of works as per RESSPO drawings.

Laying of dog conductor alongwith cost of all required calmps and connectors etc. as per RESSPO Approved drawing from bus bar to L.A., C.T., V.C.B., Bus Isolator etc. complete with sagging and making vertical/Horizontal jumper connections through PG clamps and connecting all the equipments with each others through connecting clamps, (All type of insulator, fitting, PG clamp etc. provided by Firm).
Making of M.S. Angle Ladder type frame of Angle (75x75x6mm) & M.S. Strip (50x6mm) near power transformer for power cable with concreting in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate and proper clamping (50x6mm) of the same with transformer cable (All type of, grouting material etc. will be provided by The firm).
Making of M.S. Angle frame of (75x75x6mm) in the shape of "L" to connect T/F Neutral by copper flexible strip with proper clamping including cost of copper strip. Earthing of Power T/F Neutral shall be done separately including welding with M.S. bar Electrode bridge 1 No. after making in triangular shape and proper connection with well type earthing etc. Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate ( All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except steel cables ).
Laying of 11KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C and control room to D/P outside Sub-Station over a pad of river sand . Cable shall be laid 500mm below the ground in the yard by covering three sides with Ist Class brick and Ganga sand (All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except 11 KV cables ).
11 KV Cable hoisting with GI Pipe 6" dia (All type of material provided by the Firm).
Laying of 33KV 3x300 mm2 xlpe cable from existing bus bar gantry to proposed 33 kv bay with support of ladder . Cable shall be laid 500mm below the ground in the yard by covering three sides with Ist Class brick and Ganga sand (All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except 33 KV cables ).
Termination and hosting of 33 KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE cable by filling 33 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with suitable connectors.
Erection and grouting of double pole structure of STP Poles including stays for 11KV out door feeders, complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing along with grouting material about 3 meter 6" dia G.I. pipe along with required elbow shall be provided at D/P for power cable including provision of 03 Nos. feeders name plate on D/P. (all type of grouting material provided by the Firm).
Erection of 11 KV incoming, outgoing and bus coupler panels (with testing & setting of relays) in substation control room including grouting of Anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for power cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.
Erection & testing of single T/F Control panel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.
Termination of 11 KV Different size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with LV side of T/F switch gear panels and double poles by providing suitable connectors.
Work related maintinance of old and used 5 MVA Transformer.
Attending of leakage of power transformer (Replacement of damage gasket kit etc)(all required material will be provided by firm.)
Centrifusing of transformer oil.
Replacement of damage brether and silica jel.(all required material will be provided by firm.)
Replacement of damage WTI and OTI.(all required material will be provided by firm.)
Painting of old transformer.(all required material will be provided by firm.)
Replacement of damage buchholz relay(all required material will be provided by firm.)
Replacement of damaged 33kv, 11kv bushings (all required material will be provided by firm.)
Carriage and top up of transformer oil from any store/workshop of Bareilly Zone 1, Bareilly Zone 2
Shifting of existing 11 KV VCB panel and re arrange its in control room including its power cable, control cable and busbar connections.
Painting of the fabicated structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. Paint/green paint of ISI Mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level.
Making of cable trench of size 750 mm deep and 750 mm wide and 9 inch wall by Ist class bricks in the ratio 1:6 Base concreting of the wall to be done in ratio 1:6:12 and plaster 12mm thick in ratio 1:4. with trench cover for laying of control cables and 11 KV cables in ssitchyard as per RESSPO. All material will be supllied by the firm.

PART- (B) INCREASING CAPACITY OF 33/11 KV S/S MAHANAGAR FROM 10+5 MVA TO 2X10 MVA (BAREILLY)
Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Store Centre of Electricity store division bareilly to the site of work including measuring, weighing, loading, unloading at both ends and proper stacking at safe site.
Making of triangular bridge by using M.S. electrodes and G.I. Strip 50x6mm with providing of well type pipe earthing upto 15 Mtr. Depth below G/L including welding etc. by boaring process at TF neutral and body earthing including cost of all required material as GI Pipe of size 40mm dia, round bar 32 mm dia, etc.
welding & laying of G.I. strip 50x6mm size with structures and all equipments in switchyard and control room, M.S. Bar including cutting, binding and proper fixing etc. complete. The welding and laying of G.S. Strips to L.A. with full length of structures and also the M.S. bridge near L.A. structures. All required material will be provided by firm.

Repairing of existing 33KV VCB in switchyard including repalcement of all required accessories as relay, motor, intrruptor etc. All type of material should be provided by the firm.
Repairing of damage 33KV control pannel including all damage relay,indictor,t&c swich,control wirering etc.All type of material should be provided by the firm.
Painting of the all newly and existing structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. Paint/green paint of ISI Mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level.
Carriage of old scrap material from site to store center bly
Repairing of complete switchyard fencing and its painting.
