M & L for roof treatment with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement including removing of existing roof treatment with following:- (a) M & L for preparation of surface by removal of existing treatment of tarfelt and taking down plaster to ensure or clean smooth and dry surface. (b) Providing and laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Itr/sqm on dry and clean surface. (c) M & L for providing and laying APP based polymeric membrance of 4 mm thinkness of weight of 5.00 kg / sqm with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturer instruction. (d) M&L for applying a coat of blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on top of APP memberane and finally finishing the top surface by applying a coat of aluminium paint as per manufacturer's instructions. Make : STP Ltd/Dr Fixit or equivalent make. Note:- (i) All the water proofing treatment works shall be got carried out through authorised applicator of the firm. In this regard prior written approval from GE shall be obtained.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors/ pavingsn.exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggreate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently, without connecting plates etc quality conforming to Fe 410 W (Gde E-50 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting to steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of newly or previously untreated surface complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for internal plaster 10 mm thick on wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for external plastering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of concrete, .mixed with and including water proofing compound, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood (SAL) as in scantling, clean sawn complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, incl demolition and breaking up drain/rain water pipes of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, incl demolition and breaking up drain/rain water pipes of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 75mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 1000 ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl 20mm PTMT ball valve (Ball valve make:- prayag) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I.and Dismantling of water tanks 1000 ltrs of capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 500 ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl 20mm PTMT ball valve (Ball valve make:- prayag) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I. and Dismantling of water tanks 500 ltrs of capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0 m - 2 1 0 gms . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms)

M&L 20mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connection etc, incl cutting chasing in wall for concealing of pipe if required and including taking down complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA / JINDAL / SWASTIK / PRAKASH.

M & L in repairs GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connection etc, complete all as specified incl taking down complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA / JINDAL / SWASTIK / PRAKASH.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying a coat of creosote oil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plastering on wall or on floor 15mm thick in CM 1 : 4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
