Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25mm thick in soft/ loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying & stretching of cable) complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness overall 18cm shall be measured & paid.

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks as in protection of cable laid dry flat perpendicular to direction of cable abutting each other complete all specified and directed.

M&L for boring hole horizontally under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including supply & laying 150mm dia HDPE pipe suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 50mm bore light grade GI tubing with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed to well etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out existing LT XLPE cable complete as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 10sqmm flat twin core heavy duty cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of electric pole upto 9m high complete with cross arm, clamps, channel etc. after cleaning exposed surfaces with two coat super enamelled paint as per existing colour i.e. Silver (Aluminium paint) and writing letters and pole Nos or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED indicator lamps in RBY colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test & commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box of suitable size with set of 4 strip copper bus bar 300 Amp, 1100 volt grade, 60cm long duly sleeved with relevant colored sleeved cubical outdoor type, weather proof, fabricated out 14 SWG MS sheet, welded on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame & having four Nos 120cm long legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron below frame grouted on ground in concrete block of size 80mm x 80mm x 100mm built in PCC (1:2:4) of suitable size with front & rear openable door having locking arrangements, bottom space for cable entry with duly internally and externally painted with two coats of dark grey synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling and taking down existing feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel (SS-304 grade) friction hinges of size 200mm long fixed to LT panels of approved quality, fixed by welding/ stainless steel screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F indoor/ outdoor type heat shrinkable type cable jointing kit for LT 1100 volts grade cable for straight through joint complete with accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 33.00 above but for cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanised iron strip of size 25mm x 4mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of bolts, nut check nuts and washers earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (medium grade) connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009 (Part-I) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of earth pit, pit cover of precast RCC (1:1½:3), type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm. complete & connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including brazing/ testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement 250 watt LED flood light fittings made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LED's and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection; system efficiency >110/ 125/ 135 LPW, 10 KV SPD all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete swan neck type with cast iron base plate, final, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block /coping etc including finishing the exposed surfraces even and smooth without using extra cement and necssary form work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint ) from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint in and including taking down of old unservicable pole ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Notes : (i) Cost of Transportation of Pole at location shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor against this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account . (ii) Quoted rate of this item is deemed to inclusive cost of all the itmes mentioned therein such as earth work, PCC ,Form work ,finishes including painting etc and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account .

S&F in replacement 8 Watt bollard light pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser efficient high output LED with IP65 protection including PCC foundation of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement post of lantern LED 50 watt for 360 degree indirect light with IP65 protection, resistant to impact and corrosion, glarefare complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearance including cutting of grass/ trimming of all bushes/ small trees upto a height of 10 feet in surrounding areas of perimeter security lights, E/M installations, panels, bus bar chambers etc. including sprinkling of herbicide solution as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hot dip galvanised Octagonal pole 7 metre long ,top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130mm having sheet thickness 3 mm , base plate 220mmx220mmx12mm (LxBxT) including foundation bolt of size 4x20 mm dia ,225 mm pitch circle dia, 700 mm bolt length, 100 mm projected bolt length, having door opening of size 90x500 mm above GL and having hot dip galvansied double arm plane bracket 1000 mm long for pole having top 70 mm dia for mounting street light fitting fixed on top with nut ,bolts and washersetc including provision of cable 2.5 sqmm, 3 core and cable connector for three phase supply and one no MCB SP of 0.6 Amp to 6 Amp including necessary excavation and earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 and iron works complete all as per the instructions of the manufacturer in and including taking down of old unservicable pole ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) 1000 Amps, 4 pole with microprocessor release IPR 1+ ,50 kA, 415 Volt, manual drawout type conforms to IS/IEC:60947-2 in existing place including removing of LT connection to old ACB and jointing of LT connection to new ACB complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Model Titania E series IPR E+ or equivalent in performance in L&T/ Siemens/ ABB as approved by GE. Note: Mentioned work will be carried out by manufacturer's representative only to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
