Annual maintenance contract for Grass / bush removal including minor levelling, dressing and other related works in operational area at Dehradun Airport for year 2019-20

Amount

Providing and operating tractor with grass cutting machine of blade/chain assembly type, capable to cut the grass / bush on existing surface/terrain of all type inside operational area as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. The quoted rates shall include the cost of driver, helper, fuel and all wear and tear of the tractor and grass cutting machine. (Minimum 8 hours working per day and 26 days in a month)

Providing and Operating Hand held grass cutting machine capable to cut grass/bush inside operational area wherever required as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. The quoted rates shall include the cost of Operator, fuel and all wear and tear of the machines for executing the work in operational area of Dehradun Airport .

Clearing grass / bushes /local trees in gaps of sloped stone pitching as directed by Engr-in-Charge or his authorised representative. The labourers should possess working tools in good conditions like axe, farsa, gaiti, fawrah, belcha required for cutting grass, bushes / local trees etc. collecting the grass/bush waste in low height heaps not exceeding 1.2 mtr height or as per direction of Engr-in-charge or his authorised representative. (The entire area of pitching having grass / bush growth shall be measured for payment)

Supplying unskilled manpower with required T&P for removal of grass / bushes from edges of roads, runway, taxiways, lights / navaids surroundings and from joints of all others rigid / flexible pavements, removal of stone boulders from various locations of operational area of Dehradun Airport and all other works as per direction of Officer-in-Charge.

Providing and operating hydraulic excavator (3D) JCB with driver and fuel for executing all kind of earth work including levelling, dressing of the ground, removal of stone boulders from operational area of Dehradun Airport as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Providing tractor with hydraulic trolley of approx. size 135 cubic feet including driver and fuel for the purpose of transportation of stone boulders, roots of bushes and trees and likewise unuseful material from the various locations of operational area and dumping the same in the isolated safe location identified by Engr-in-Charge within or outside of Airport premises.
