Extraction of 20 cusecs V.T pumping unit by way of decoupling of motor, extraction of column pipes, bowl assembly & allied fittings, taking out the pump from the pump house. The job includes & loading in private vehicle & shifting to the workshop for necessary repairs.
Dismantling of 20 cusec bowl assembly at workshop.
Repairs to bowl shaft and head shaft by way rethreading etc.
Manufacturing, providing & fitting of G M bowl bushes as per requirement.
Manufacturing, providing & fitting of column line shaft SS-410 material as per sample.
Manufacturing, providing & fitting of column line shaft sleeve fabricated out of SS-209 as per sample.
Manufacturing, providing & fitting of line shaft coupling out of SS-410 material as per requirement.
Manufacturing, Providing & fitting of M.S studs as per requirement.
Manufacturing, providing & fitting of gland bush out of Gun metal of size ID=66MM, OD=85MM and Length=295MM.
Shifting of the pump from workshop after necessary repairs to site. through private load carrier then unloading of the same at site, then fitting of column pipes and discharge bend to the delivery line and assembly of the whole pumping unit at site and the testing on full load.
