M&L for 4 mm thickness non-asbestos fibre cement building boards (decorative type) fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ GI/ Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hangers 3.15 mm dia. plain mild steel wire, Galvanised class 3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls or stone walls built in cement mortar of superficial area not exceeding 150 sq.cm, and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, in hard/ dense soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm using soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for finishing new work walls with applying two or more coats Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings, haunching and benching the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18/ 19 mm thickess prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, including dismantling the existing defective boards any type in partition/ pelmet box or similar work complete all as specified and directed.
