M&L for machine cut kota stone as in skirting 10-12 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid / mat finish ceramic colour tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm and 6- 7 mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm and 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar work/places, laid in alternate bays and filling the joints with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.
