Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead :

Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Of area beyond 3 sqm.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m. (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) :

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead : Thickness above 10 mm upto 25 mm

Making the opening for door/window/clerestory window in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Dismantling steel work manually/by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

12mm Cement plaster of mix: ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing of 15 mm thick KD wooden panelling (T&G) in walls incl. wooden joists/jamp underneath and cornice complete job in all respect incl. polish.(R.T.Q)

Providing and fixing of PVC panneling of good quality material and make on walls, ceiling with all necessary secrews including 12mm thick ply board joists/jamps underneath all complete job as per directions of engineer in charge including all carriages and other necessary components.(R.T.Q)

Providing and fixing of floor panels (porket flooring) of standard quality tongued and grooved fixing with iron screws all complete job as per directions oif site engineer incl all sorts of carriage and accesaries required (complete job) (R.T.Q)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked in ceiling with necessary nails etc complete (frame work to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing of KHATAM BANDI ceiling of first class budloo/fir wood excluding the cost of frame work which is to be paid separately.Paanch Murabah

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10sqm on existing cement paint surface)

Providing/laying and pasting of floor furnishing on staircase, cooridoor etc all complete job (R.T.Q)

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of required colour and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old steel work.

Carriage of material from source to actual site of work by MT incl. cost of loading unloading and stacking.
