Dismantling existing doors,existing plumbing fittings, pipes, M S Jali, CI pipes, mirrors, towel rods,soap dispensers, all fixed furniture such as partitions, mirrors, sanitary fittings, CP fittings, concealed/open water supply / drainage plumbing pipes, etc. CP fittings, door closers, exhaust fans, electric lights. The rate shall include stacking of items such as door frames, shutters, electrical cables and fittings, etc. and shall include all incidental work, cutting and making good walls and floors with CM 1:4 /PCC 124, etc., complete, as directed by bank's engineer. The rate shall include removal of debris from site including costs of all materials, equipments, labour charges, curing, cleaning etc. Complete (contractor shall visit the site for inspection before quote).

Providing and fixing factory-made panel UPVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of bank officials

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the bank officials

Dismantling the existing tiles and Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by bank officials before use on works).

Dismantling the existing tiles and providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of 600mm X 600 mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the bank officials concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing edge moulding to the aforesaid 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by bank officials

Fixing granite stone, in facia and drops of kitchen platform of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin-based adhesive, including cleaning etc. complete.

Providing opening of required size & shape for kitchen sink and providing a new kitchen sink in SS of size (700*650* 300 mm) in kitchen platform, Granite, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete. (steel sink make parryware/ hindware or equivalent)

Mirror polishing on Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete

Fabrication of modular kitchen cupboard of size 11 ft x 3 ft with lamination board fitted with 6 Stainless steel kitchen baskets (SLEEK make) and gratings on best quality wooden frame and painted with wooden primer coat and two coats of enamel painting including cost of materials, hardware, handles, hinges, edge lipping beading, labour and transportation etc. complete.

Cat (C) -PAINTING WORK

Two coats of wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour (Asian/berger/equivalent)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.(Asian/berger/equivalent)

Two coats of old iron painting of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade(Asian/berger/equivalent)

Two coats of Wooden painting of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.(Asian/berger/equivalent)

Polishing the teak wood door with two coats of best French (Lac) polish with approved quality and brand over a coat of bee's waxing including preparing the wooden surface to receive polishing, etc., complete complying as per the standard specifications. (The make, quality and colour of french polish, bees vax should be got approved by the bank officials before use on works.).

Cat (D) -Flooring and plastering

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the bank officials.

Dismantling of existing mosaic of size 300mm x 300mm in the flooring including the cement concrete portion.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm. Cat (E) -Carpentry

Supplying and fixing in position of UPVC sliding windows with 3 Track 3 Panel with Pfizer SS Mesh specification. uPVC frames of windows made of 'W' section. uPVC shutter of windows made of ‘h’ section. Chamfering Thickness of profile 2.5 mm. Galvanised Iron for the frame used 1.2mm thick type ‘U’ Shape. DIMENSIONS OF SECTIONS: Section foe frame should be of 92mm x 62mm section for shutter frame should be of 67mmx42mm, section for mesh shutter should be of 21.5mm x43mm, section for glazing bead should be of 24.5mm x16mm. PRODUCTION DETAILS: uPVC Frame, sash & Mesh section should be cut to length and joined the cornes with fusion welding at the degree of 3500 to 4100 F EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) gasket should be used all around the frame, shutter and glazing beading. FIXING DETAILS IN SITE: Fixing of windows on the wall using anchor screw on all the 4 sides and finishing it with uPVC silicon sealant. ACCESSORIES: Sliding windows should be provided with Touch lock, 304 Grade, SS Rollers, Pfizer SS Mesh, Aluminium Base Track Railing, EPDM Gasket sealent MCCoy/ Dovekornic/Boss.
