Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, 75 mm thick as in sub base floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, 25 mm thick as in floors finishes wthout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed, in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick , machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and cut and polished including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No.5 above but except tiles.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size as directed confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 Grade, fixed with grey cement and pigment including 30mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as speceified & directed by Engr -in charge.Make : NITCO/NTC/ HINDUSTAN & EQUIVALENT.

Ditto all as per item No.7 above but except tiles.

M&L for prepolished Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with tiles colour, including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement concrete 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles colour, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement concrete 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
