A coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum weight 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) manufactured by authorised manufacturer specified in particular spicification, laid as per the manufacturer instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete including taking down existing roof treatment the RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign material by wire brushing, cleaning off surface and removal of spoil to a distance n.exc 500m complete all as directed. Note:- The work shall be executed through authorised applicator approved by GE.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, coping, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs roofrounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of existing cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as directed.

10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on roof surface finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound as per manufecturer's instructions including taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled structural mild steel work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

2nd class hardwood as in wooden scantling clean swan fixed with nails complete including dismantling existing timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section in any position etc complete all as specified and directed

15mm bore medium grade steel water tubing, galvanized (ISI Marked) with and including all fittings (ISI Marked) complete and jointed, tested and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as directed

20mm bore medium grade steel water tubing, galvanized (ISI Marked) with and including all fittings (ISI Marked) complete and jointed, tested and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as directed

0.80mm thick plain galvanized mild steel sheeting with grade of Zinc coating 120 fixed with "L"or "J" type hooks and washer as in ridges, hips, valley gutter etc including dismantling old sheets in ridges, hips valley gutter any pattern etc complete all as specified and directed

0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L or J type hooks and washer as in roof, wall etc with grade of zinc coating 120 complete including dismantling existing sheets complete all as specified and directed.

6mm thick cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roofs fixed in repair with L or J type bolt including dismantling existing sheets complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment, washing down and stopping of plastered or brick surface of wall, and applying a coats of texture paint of any colour/shed complete all as directed.

Preparation of old painted brick, stone, concrete, or plastered surfaces of walls, pillars including kerb stone surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

Preparation of old plastered/un-plastered surfaces of wall/tile/path by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, pillar etc and applying one coat of Appex paint ( Weather coat exterior paint) complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing to existing door/ window chajjas upto 2.0m span and width 1.0m by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly plastered/concrete surface by applying one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified and directed (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering).

Taking down existing broken portion of upward / inverted facia or roof slab or visible concrete reinforcement of any thickness and shape and surface area exc 0.50 Sqm but n exc 5.0 Sqm and repaired by providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with quick setting adhesive inclusive of all necessary reinforcement / mesh and other material including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering slightely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly surface with application of one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m height and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering) .
