Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all and removal of material distance exceeding 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing on a level 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 10 KG/10 sqm over bituminous macadam surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for repair to unlevelled surfaces by filling in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaced with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 kg/10 sqm over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying, spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix made with self propelling , rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed (Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by the GE. (ii) Filler shall be cement (OPC-43 Grade) (iii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However if binder content worked out to be on minus side during design process (i.e less than 5.5%) same shall be adjusted considering the bitumen rate given in particular specification.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg/ 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg / 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound minimum 2.5mm thick using indigenous modern propeller road marking machine including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per the code of practice for road marking paints white with hot thermoplastic road marking compound all as directed including applying one coat of ceiling primer including all materials and labour, brushes, tools, equipments fuel etc complete incl applying paint in lines, dashes, arrows etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Road marking paint shall be carried out in accordance with manufacture's instructions and as specified in particular specifications.

Supply and fixing for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia steel pipe made out of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with antitheft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Clearance of road side berm including removing bushes, vegetation growth including taking out road of bushes / vegetation growth up to 30cm depth and disposal of rubbish to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8) (40 mm aggregate) in foundation ,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming on concrete surface any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described. complete all as specified directed .

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolitiion of old u/s are complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick external using cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
