Providing Installation Testing and Commissioning of multistage submersible pump set 5000 GPH x 220MH . The pumping machinery should confirm to relevant ISO standard with all latest amendment. The equipment should also be accompanied with test certificate and performance curve. Fabrication of GI pipe nipples with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening the threaded end of nipple with the delivery of pump. Lowering of pump motor set along with GI pipe nipples in to the Dug Well with the help of chain pulley block, ropes & skilled/unskilled labours. Providing/Fitting of nut/bolts & washers, and interconnecting with the raising main with all allied welding work. Providing and fitting of 30HP automatic control panel 01 no. With all protective device. Providing and fitting of submersible copper cable 06mm sq. for making electrical connection from motor to automatic control panel. Job includes checking continuity of electrical circuit & testing of machinery. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding charges & carriage charges at site of work.
