Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces of building including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing the same outside of MoD land to a distance upto 1.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), on ceiling, parapet, chajjas etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on ceiling complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repair Steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised, 15mm bore with all fittings, fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including cutting chases, pining in brick wall and making surface good in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the same outside of MoD land to a distance upto 1.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 400x400x 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular ) in floors etc, set and jointed each in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match tiles including screed bed 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for first quality, Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 6mm to 7mm thick, in vertical surface such in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles complete including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over 15mm thick screed cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including making holes bull noshing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including making holes bull noshing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm Bib taps long body cast copper alloy chromium plated with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore fixed complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 15mm dia bore gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old steel kitchen sink of any size with or without drainage board complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only stainless steel kitchen sink with plugs, washers, waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stainless steel plate rack (utensil rack) of size 900 mm x 900 mm and depth 250 mm made with 0.63 mm thick stainless steel sheet provided with brass screwes including necessary fittings ,nut/ bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down shutter from the frame & refixing builders hardware as required not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for block board 18/19 mm thick, grade-II quality , interior grade decorative type fixed with screws to timert form work as in cupboards complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 100mm butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hasp and staple 150mm size, safety type, aluminium anodised including bolt to hinge plate, fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd Class Hard Wood as in scantling or timber frame & fixed wroght to repalce old and decayed timber including piecing, scarfing etc. of old and new timber and removing defective portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 35-40mm dia cup board knobs fixed with nut, screws and washers of mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F magnetic catcher for cupboards shutter made out of pre laminated particle board, fixed with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same outside of MoD land to a distance upto 1.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete on any description and in any position and thickness (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to landing and soffits of chajjas, lintels, balconies, facia and similar items as in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1.5:3) type A-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in slab supported wall, beams and column in floor roof, landing, balconies, deck slab and like cooking platform etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Use and waste of form work and reinforcement steel bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in position, mild steel bars TMT, 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good surface in cement mortar 1:3 or in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required Superficial area n.exc 150Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
