Consultants for any State Government / Central Government should have prepared DPR & carried out construction supervision for (i) Development of Masterplan Roads, Junction Improvements, Park Development within local planning area, Any Development Work relating to Providing Civic Amenities, Infrastructure Development, Street Light, Arch, Bridges, Lake/Tank Developments, Capacity Building, Office Building Construction works of value not less than Rs.24.00 Crores in last 3 years (i.e., 2022-23 to 2024-25)

The firm must have experience in the field of civil engineering consultancy for last 10 years providing design, Civil Engineers and advisory services.

Adequacy of the proposed Technical Approach & Methodology and Work plan in responding to the TOR

Having Own Material testing Laboratory facilities (with NABL Accreditation / ISO certification) or Joint venture with existing laboratory (with NABL Accreditation / ISO certification).

Competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Highway Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Survey Engineer.

Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.24.00 lakhs in any 2 years in last 3 years (i.e., 2022-23 to 2024-25).

The Firm/Agency/Consultancies should have submit line of credit facilities of not less than Rs.7.20 lakhs Unconditional Credit line or Letter of credit or Certificates from Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Format of Bankers Certificate/Line of Credit Letter (To Be Issued in the Letter Head of the Bank Branch).
