Design and Construction of 350 Cum RCC ESR for A K Azad Road PWSS under Silchar Div II

Amount

1) Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. Upto a depth of 2.00 m below the existing G.L. In ordinary soil

2) Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, complete as directed and specified (measurement to be taken in the face area timbered) Upto a depth of 1.5 metre

Above 1.5 m upto 3.00 m depth

3) Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). In prop. 1:3: 6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 coarse agg. by volume (using mixture machine)

4) Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement with coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) Using mixture machine In sub - structure up to plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. M30 grade concrete

Super-structure from plinth level upto 1st floor level. Walls (thickness not less than 100mm) including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string course etc. M30 grade concrete

Columns, pillars, posts, struts, suspended floor, roof, landing, shelf and support, balcony, lintel, sill band, beam, girder, bressumer, cantilever, staircase (except spiral staircase and landing ) including preparing the top surface and finishing of nosing. M30 grade concrete

On domes, vaults and shell roof M30 grade concrete

5) Extra for using plasticiser (Masterplast [email protected] litre/bag of cement or [email protected] litre/bag of cement or equivalent), air entraining and water reducing plasticiser (Masterplast [email protected] litre/bag of cement or equivalent) conforming to IS-9103-1999 M30 grade concrete

6) Extra over item no.2.2.1(I) above for each subsequent floor or part thereof above the 1st floor level.

7) Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Foundation, footings, bases of columns, pile cap, raft and mass concrete works etc. Using 38 mm thick plank

Sloping or Battering sufaces such as sloped slabs etc. including folded plates. Where inclination to horizontal plane exceeds 30 degrees where shuttering may be provided both on under side & upper side, if required. Using 38 mm thick plank

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), parapet walls, partitions, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like. Using 38 mm thick plank

Domes, Vaults and shell roofs having curved surface in both directions (only area of the underside shall be measured for payment). (Using 38mm thick plank)

8) Providing form work of ordinary timber planking and removal of the same in edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls etc. of in-situ reinforced concrete works upto first floor level. Thickness not exceeding 200mm.

Extra for each subsequent floor or part thereof above the First Floor level as mentioned in item no. 3.1.1 & 3.1.3(b).

9) Cement concrete works in topping 1:1:2 (1cement :1sand :2 graded aggregates on R.C.C floor, tread and rise of steps finished with a floating coat of neat cement using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg.of cement per sq. m. of floor (base concrete to be measured and paid separately) to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed. 20 mm thick

10) Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. 20 mm thick

11) 15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. In cement mortar 1:6

12) Extra over item no. 6.2.1 to 6.2.5 for providing and mixing water proofing materials in cement mortar in prop as recommended by the manufacturer including curing complete as directed In cement mortar 1:6 (plaster)

13) Extra over item no 6.2.1 to 6.2.5 for plastering on celling and soffits of stairs up to 1st floor level (instead of plastering on walls) including curing complete as directed.

14) Extra over item no 6.2.1to 6.2.5 for interior plastering above 1st floor level for every addl floor or part thereof including curing complete as directed. On Single coat plaster

15) Extra over item no 6.2.1 to 6.2.5 for exterior plastering over wall up to a height of 1st floor level above ground level including curing complete as directed. Single coat plaster

16) Extra over item no 6.2.1 to 6.2.5 for exterior plastering over wall for every addl floor or part thereof beyond 1st floor level including curing complete as directed. On Single coat plaster

17) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

18) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Extra over item no. (b) and (c) above for every subsequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufactured.

Extra over item no (b) above for finishing with cement paint on celing and sloping roof.

19) Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (upto 1st floor level). 20) Providing plinth protection 50mm thick to cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 with coarse agg.of 20mm nominal size including finishing the surface with 10mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:3 with a floting coat of neat cement finished.

21) Surface dressing of ground including removing vegitation and/ or undulation of ground not exceeding 150mm deep and disposal of rubbish outside the periphery and lift up to 1800mm in all kinds of soil.

22) Providing cast in-situ manually driven reinforced cement concrete piles of using required grade of cement concrete of required bore-diameter, bulb diameter, lengths and with reinforcement as per specifications and drawings. Reinforcement to be measured and paid seperately as per item no. 21.4.1 Pile dia 400 mm with 1000 mm bulb diameter Upto 10 M

More than 10M and upto 15M long

23) Extra for boring specified diametre pile in high sub-soil water level requiring use of drilling mud and extra cement 400 mm dia

24) Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent IS code, for reinforced cement concrete works in piles including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per specifications and drawings. The rings should be welded with vertical reinforcements as per specified IS codes of practice. (Inclusive of lap length, hook, chair, bend, anchor...etc) TMT bar made of Primary producer (From Primary producer)

25) Routine test for test loading to 1.5 times the specified safe working load including construction of any test pile cap and dismantling the same after completion of test. (Rate for Safe working Load)

26) Initial test for test loading to 2 times the specified safe working load including construction of any test pile cap and dismantling the same after completion of test. (Rate for Safe working Load)

27) Providing, supplying and placing of GI water stopper in RCC wall, base slab, cover slab, central shaft etc. of water retaining structure to be made out of G.I. plain sheet not thinner than 22 SWg and of size 300 mm wide, all complete as directed and specified. (for the Cascade type Aerator, it is to be provided at the junction of the deck slab and the gutter wall.)

28) Supplying, fitting, fixing of CI puddle flange in position for outlet and draining arrangement in flash mixer including grouting etc. all complete as per design and as directed.

29) Providing Inlet, outlet, over flow and wash water draining arrangement for the elevated service reservoir, comprising of 15 mm diaCI/DF pipe of Class A, including providing of all necessary CI / DF specials viz., bend,the reducer, socket etc. & clamping devices of piping system and including supplying of all necessary materials and labour, all complete, as directed and specified.

30) Supplying, fitting and fixing of 150 mm dia. CI DF Sluice Valve of class PN-1.0, including supplying, fitting and fixing of all necessary nuts & bolts, rubber insertion sheet (gusket) etc. and including supply of all necessary labours, all complete, as directed and specified

31) Providing, fitting, fixing 20 mm Sq. x 400 mm. long C.I. lugs embedded in concrete of sump wall to provide access to the sump floor complete, as specified and directed.

32) Supplying, fitting and fixing of 150 mm. dia.G.I. (M) air vent pipe in under ground sump,of length 450 mm. and with flanges at bothends, one being embedded in concrete and theother fixed with mosquito proof wire mesh (the wire mesh being facing the floor of the sump) with necessary nuts & bolts etc., all complete as directed and specified.

33) Providing and fixing M.S. plate insert in concrete for receiving mechanical components etc. in the chemical solution preparation tank as per design and drawing, all complete as directed and specified

34) Steel work welded in built up sections framed workincluding cutting, hoisting and fixing in positions and applying priming coat of red-lead paint including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed For Hand railings in cantilever deck & on periphery of the roof dome and for ladder

35) Providing, fitting and fixing of CI menhole cover and frame (heavy) to be embedded in concrete of size 550 mm. x 550 mm. (internal), total weight of the cover & the frame to be not less than 100 Kg. (weight of the cover 60 Kg. and weight of the frame 40 Kg.)

36) Providing Solar power operated Aviation Warning Lamp with auto switching on/off devices at roof of the reservoir including supplying, fitting, fixing of all necessary accessories, all complete, as directed and specified

37) Float operated water level indicator for the reservoir having the range of 0-350 M3 with least count of 10 M3, complete with float, scale, pulley, nylon chord, MS frame etc. and including calibration of the scale, all complete as directed

38) Supplying, fitting and fixing of Lightening Arrestor System at roof of the reservoir including conductor strip and 2 nos. plate earth station etc. all complete as directed and specified

39) Soil testing, Preparation of Design Report & Drawing, approval thereof as per Manual on Water Supply & Treatment published by CPHEEO, GoI and the relevant IS codes and technical specification included in the Bid Document
