Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing Serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Removing building material to distance 100 m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading & stacking at the destination

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft and loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.5 m above the starting point in soft/loose soil

M & L for soling (or sub base) 100mm thick with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled surface, formed, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber including watering & ramming etc. complete.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers n. exc 15cm thick. Spread, levelled & rommed including watering, etc complete

M&L for providing fair finished formwork to sides of concrite foundations,footings,bases of coluumns,raft and raft beams,sides and soffits(if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work;vertical or to batter.
