Providing and applying tack coat with paving bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 (Zero point twenty to Zero point twenty five ) kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick with 75 TPH batch / drum type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading as per IRC 29-1988 table 3, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 (Thirty). (Viscosity grade- thirty) ( (minimum) 5 (Five) percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix plant to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,leveland alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per MORTH specifiations clause 507 and IRC 29: 1988 complete in all respects. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506. (Fifty Millimeter) thick) Bitumen VG-30(Thirty). (Viscosity grade- thirty) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
