M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concreteting etc as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design mix) as in Foundations of coloumns footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, basement slabs etc using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses etc using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified.

Use and waste of Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft/ disintegrated rocks, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately) all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC pipe 100 mm bore (SCH-80) laid in retaining wall complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(soil) exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Add for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in height above the first 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.
