REPAIR MAINT AND SERVICING OF SPLIT/ WINDOW AC AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN JODHPUR

M&L for disconnecting, cutting and taking out unserviceable sealed unit AC compressor 1.5 Tonne capacity inverter/ non inverter, single phase, 230 Volt including necessary modification of the foundation as required to suit the new compressor, vacumisation, pressure testing, leakage, rectification and supply and fixing of new compressor of same capacity and make including gas charging R-22/ R32/ R-410c and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting, cutting and taking out unserviceable sealed unit AC compressor 2.0 Tonne capacity, single phase, 230 Volt including necessary modification of the foundation as required to suit the new compressor, vacumisation, pressure, testing, leakage, rectification and supply and fixing of new compressor of same capacity and make including gas charging R-22/ R32/ R-410c and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for WATER JET servicing of SPLIT TYPE AC's of 1.5/ 2.0 Tonne capacity (complete indoor and outdoor unit by using service bag cover and cooling coil rinse solution for cleaning of coils), taking out the indoor top cover outdoor top cover from existing location, cleaning of cooling coil, condenser coil and other components using clean water greasing of fan, motor, blower etc. without damage any part and re-install at the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor has to provide blower and jet pump for cleaning and washing of AC, a separate PVC bag will also be provided for collection of waste, mechanic will be responsible to clean the site after servicing. Contractor shall at his own cost arrange water for servicing purpose.

M&L for WATER JET servicing of WINDOW TYPE AC's of 1.5/ 2.0 Tonne capacity (complete unit by using service bag cover and cooling coil rinse solution for cleaning of coils), taking out the indoor and outdoor cover from existing location, cleaning of cooling coil, condenser coil and other components using clean water greasing of fan, motor, blower etc. without damage any part and re-install at the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in repairs air conditioner running capacitor of capacity 4 MFD, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, suitable for indoor unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs air conditioner running capacitor of capacity 6 MFD, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs air conditioner running capacitor of capacity 45 MFD, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs air conditioner running capacitor of capacity 50 MFD, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Takigng down existing condensing fan motor from the unit and M&L for rewinding of condensing fan motor of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 Tonne (split type/ window type) of any make with super enameled copper wire winding wire including replacement of the motor bushes and shaft and testing on load for the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
