M&L for cutting holes into or though brick walls in cement mortar or stone walls built in cement mortar to a depth of embedded portion exceeding one brick but not exceeding two brick for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x 75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor (ISI marked) cable 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded colour coded cables drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of required size medium grade (MMS) with all connected accessories such as Bend, Tee, Elbow, Short pieces etc concealed in wall/roofs/floors and including one run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade, FR-LSH type as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including chease cutting and filling the same with cement mortar and finished with putty and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface as required for concealed work complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Two run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity, one run of PVC conduit and chase cutting shall be measured as one unit)

S&F for water storage heater (geyser) of 25 ltrs capacity, vertical type with copper inner tank, 240 volts, BEE 5 Star rated, AC, 50Hz and fixing arrangement on wall including providing hole fastners-04 nos, hot & cold water PVC pipes 15 mm bore approximate 600 mm long -2 Nos, chromium plated brass stop cock 15 mm bore -01 No and including necessary plumbing work, testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 40mm dia pipe (medium grade) made of galvanised iron in any length including embedded in wall both ends duly welded mild steel hold fast at both ends of GI pipe including providing PCC work (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.
