Earth work in excavation of foundations and all type of bridge structure in all kinds of classifications of soil, viz. ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock including chiseling and wedging and doing work in saturated soil including shoring, strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any height/ depth and any quantum of water including clearing of slush which may arise out during dewatering, disposing the excavated materials clear from the edge of the excavations as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and refilling trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimetres) compacted thickness, when required into sides of foundations etcetera, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering as per MORTH technical specification clause 304 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and disposing of all surplus excavated soil including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, GST, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all kind of soil as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness and finishing the road to specified dimension as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-ten) with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure, and the like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering removal of the slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification clause 1500, 1700 and 2100 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in sub structure for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-20 ( M twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than 330 kg (three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800 and 1400. Including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in abutment and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D.. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1400 using R.C.C. grade M-25 ( twenty five) design mix with cement concrete not les than 400 kg (four hundred kilograme) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre ) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block, dirt wall etcetra and to the entire satisfaction and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structures complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specifications clause 1600 and 2200, including cutting bending, binding, Straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including the cost of binding, wire upto all heights and depths and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying of Filter media with crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MORTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm (Six hundred milimetres) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment and return wall and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of I (v): 20(H) towards drainage face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification clauses 1206.6 and 709 including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing including accessories conforming to IRC:83 (Pt-I) Section IX and as per drawing and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing including accessories conforming to IRC: 83 (Pt.-1) Section IX as per drawing and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. Steel work rivetted in built up sections including cutting,hoisting, fixing,in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In beams, tees,flats with connectiong plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, steel truss bridge beyound 45 Mtr. span and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth, as per drawing and technical specificationi section 800, 1200 & 1600 for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete, including the cost of form work in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall etcetera, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge; as per the drawing and hauling /carriage of labour, equippments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. Earth Filling in foundation trenches for marshly soil as per drawing & technical specification clause 305.3.9 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials (Grading-II) spreading in uniform layer with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller 8-10 (Eight to ten) tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 401 and as per directions of Engineer-in charge within all leads,lifts of materials and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means of stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityas per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitument emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilograme) per/ Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer coat cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) compacted thickness composed of Type-A 13.2 mm (Thirteen decimal two milimetre) to 5.6 mm (Five decimal six millimetre) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 Cum. ( Zero point two seven Cubicmetres) mixed with penetration grade V.G-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) Bitumen at the rate 14.6 Kg. ( Fourteen point six Kilogram) per ten Square metres of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty / Forty) Tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty - Hundred)KN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 506 by mechanical means and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B manual means as per technical specification Clause 508 using Bitumen grade V.G. 10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) at the rate of 6.80 kg (Six point eight zero kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (Zero point Zero six) Cubic metre of fine aggregate per ten square meter heated in mini hot mix plant and laying of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8 - 10 tonne (eight to ten) tonnes capacity and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.
