Running and Operation of AC plant: Operation and up keeping of HVAC system of T-1 building involving operation, attending to the complaints, ensuring serviceability, maintaining records/ documentation as per the scope of work and terms & conditions of contract on all days including Sundays & holidays of the month on round the clock basis etc. complete all as required. The man power to be deployed in each shift of 8 hrs as detailed in General & Special Condition of Contract. The list of Equipment’s to be operated and upkeep shall be as per special condition of contract.

Comprehensive Maintenance of AC plant: Comprehensive maintenance of AC Plant for Terminal-1 Domestic Airport Building (Departure and Arrival) having 3 X 425 TR Daikin Make centrifugal chiller, 1 X 375 TR York make Centrifugal chiller and 2 X 375 TR Carrier make Screw chillers i/c Comprehensive maintenance of all equipments, machineries and accessories related to HVAC system as detailed in the special condition of contract which includes repair, replacement of defective components, carrying preventive maintenance as per manufacturer's & AAI guidelines, maintenance of records/documentation, supplying consumables for electrical and mechanical maintenance and for softening of condenser water, chemical dosing to keep chilled and condenser water quality within permissible limit as per OEM standard etc complete as required. The work shall be carried out as per conditions of contract.

Comprehensive maintenance of 7 X 11 TR Split type Air cooled AC condenser unit with DX coil type 20000 CFM AHU & Electrical panel i/c all equipments, machineries and accessories related to Air conditioning system as detailed in the special condition of contract which includes repair, replacement of defective components, carrying preventive maintenance as per manufacturer's & AAI guidelines, maintenance of records/ documentation, supplying consumables for electrical and mechanical maintenance as per OEM standard etc complete as required. The work shall be carried out as per conditions of contract.

Carrying out Inspection of following capacity & make Chillers from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and submission of Inspection Reports to Engineer-In-Charge as specified in SCC & Technical Specifications. (Rate are per chiller)

375 TR Centrifugal Chillers (York Make) - 1 No.

375 TR Screw Chillers (Carrier Make) - 1 No.

425 TR Centrifugal Chillers (Daikin Make) - 1 No.

Supplying and fixing of 19mm thickness of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self-adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supply of Aluminum frame box type pre filter for AHUs with thickness of 50 mm with synthetic non-woven media sandwich between two layer of HDPE mesh held by suitable adhesive (Polyurethane or equivalent) and supported by rigid GI separators. The construction of Pre-Filter shall be robust and rigid, suitable for water jet pressure cleaning from the opposite side of Airflow having efficiency 90-95% down to 10 micron and face velocity not exceeding to 500 FPM for following size of filters:
