B-Condition based repair /replacement of out of warranty components

Condition based repair /replacement of out of warranty components. A list of spares 001 with rates has been prepared and attached in the tender document under scope of work. The rates have been obtained from OEM price list and will be valid throughout the contract period. Claims for replacement of items and service against breakdown maintenance during the contract period will be based on the rates against each item in list of spares. For any items/service not available in the list, claims for items and service will be as per OEM pricelist/BQ. (Bidders must quote "at par" against this item).
