OD257311/2024-2025:Annual Maintenance and servicing the 4/5.5/6/8.5/10/12.5TR ductable split Air Conditioner: The unit shall be serviced once in three months thoroughly checking the compressor for proper functioning and rectifying the defects if any, checking entire refrigeration system for leaks and rectify if any, checking the safety controls and rectify the defects if any checking fan motor and carrying out repairs if necessary, cleaning the filter with every service as well as when ever required including removing the filter, cleaning the indoor and outdoor units, blowing out the dust, cleaning using necessary detergent and water, cleaning filter checking connection and making the unit in good working condition and ensure trouble free operation of the A/C units complete including attending break down can with in 24Hrs.

Insulating the slots by using nomax paper, rewinding the complete stator slots by using same gauge new super enamelled copper winding wire and taping coils. Providing new lead wires, sockets etc. Varnishing the coil using best quality insulation varnish and baking the coils, reassembling and test run the motor.(Less the cost of scarp copper wire)
