Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep & getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50km but n exc. 5km and depositing where directed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick DLC using minimum Cement 200 Kg/Cum, and 7 days Compressive Strength 10 Kg/Sqcm using crushed stone graded aggregates as in mass concrete including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing 10mm thick dry river sand as in cushioning including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and laying polythene film, White, 400 micron laid in floors/ Pavement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavements/hard standing of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm in field using 400 Kg of cement/Cum thickness of concrete 25 cm thick or above including steel shuttering to concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Finishing surface of concrete roads pavement by floater, plate vibrator when the concrete is green all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming construction /Dummy joint 10mm wide and 100mm deep with diamond cutter and provision of closed cell polyurethane back up rod 10mm dia and sealed with 12mm (minimum depth of above back up rod) including pitch free polyurethane sealant confirming to BS-5212(Type FB), priming the side as recommended by manufactures instructions and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top of the surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied, the sealant should have MAF + 25 as used in international airport in India complete as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blasters walkways' railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply fabricate & fix in position anodised aluminium grills of aperture 75 mm and width 5mm thick having weight not less than 1.2 Kg/sqm.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down and applying one coat of Oil bound Distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting one coat on steel surface including preparation of old surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of white wash on old plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Linoleum, plain coloured 2mm thick sheet sealed down with an approved adhesive including stitching, cutting and fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing old unserviceable flame proof light fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing old unserviceable point wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan, exhaust fan including connection cable, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades deposited to stores complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing rotary type flame proof switch( Insulator) including control board, connecting cable deposited to stores complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring for one light / Fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC capping & casing not less than 25 mm wide, including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly, etc including Modular surface type board of suitable size with modular cover plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair LED flood Light fitting 35/36/37 watt, system efficiency not less than 90 lumen / watt, IP66 protection, consisting of high / low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated Electronic driver circuits, Low THD, PMMA grade high quality Transmittance lens,.............

................Epoxy powder coated Die Cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment, Heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws fixed on existing bracket & connecting, complete. Make: Crompton cat part No. LFLN-90-CDL/60 or equivalent of make mention in Appx B

Supply and fix wall mounted fan 600 mm sweep, 230 V 50 Hz, with all connected accessories, fixed as per manufacturer's instruction and connecting ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Havells platina HS or equivalent of Make Crompton/ BAJAJ

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan of size 300 mm dia sweep with louver, 230 volt single phase all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S & F Modular switch 1 way 6A , 1 module, ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F modular cover plate & frame for 8 module, for modular type switch ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr in charge..

Material and labour for installation, testing and commissioning of earthing using following material including necessary T&P required to complete job for earthing, excavation etc. Make:- Powertrac Model No-PT-803 or equivalent of make PRAGATI/ McML's Earthing Solution (MES)/ Ashlock

(a) 'CHEMO' M.F. Earthing Electrode (conforming to IS 3043:1987) of copper, 3.00 metre long, 80 mm outer dia, copper inner strip of size 50 x 6 mm thick, pipe filled with SRIP compound (50 kg per earthing electrode) (b) FRP based earthing display board with support stand FRP coated width-254 mm, length-380mm, height-610 mm (c) PCC earthing protection chamber for each earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqm)

Note:- (i) Earthwork in any type of soil, installation of complete earthing system will be carried out in presence of company's authorised tradesmen/ representative. (ii) Item rate quoted by contractor shall include for 250 mm dia bore upto 3 metre deep and pouring, mixing of SRIP compound with soil.

M & L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with necessary fixing arrangement on roof all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors on PCC and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for test point terminal box made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal heads screw fixed in sintex box of suitable size having hinged cover with 2 Nos locking nuts/bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
