Carrying out visual inspection of masonry elements of administrative building including necessary sampling and testing (if required) as per relevant standards to assess existing condition of masonry elements and confirm its suitability for expansion of additional floor including all materials, labour charges, sampling and testing charges, scaffolding, other incidental expenses etc. all as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Submission of structural stability report certified by structural engineer for the expansion of additional floor with findings along with confirmation of residual life of the structure after construction of additional floor including stability certificate in soft and hard copy after assessment of the building structural condition, other miscellaneous and incidental expenses etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in- charge.
