Material and labour for checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fittings T-5, LED Lights, Post top lantern, Trafic light fittings,garden light, high bay etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/ damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 1.5 sqmm three core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor multistrand cable for electric connection from pole light/junction box to street light complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs street light bracket made of GI Pipe 40 mm dia light grade 1.5 Mtr in length, bent to required shape fixed with 2 Set of MS Clamps made out of flat iron 40x4 mm, incl bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs of electric astronomical timer control panel, cubical type, for out door use, dust & vermin proof wall/ pole mounted made out of CRCA steel sheet with time switches type 12 KW/ 63 Amps 3 pole/415Volt Analog time switch with complete accessories to fix on pole for switch on, off and control the street light timings including testing complete all as specified as as directed,

All as per Item No 4.00 here-in-before but 6 KW/ 40 Amps 3 pole/230 Volt Analog time switch

Supply and fix as in repairs Junction box (Bus bar chamber box) of size 250 x 200 x 105 mm made out of plastic including busbar TPN, rating not less than 200 Amp duly covered with heat shrinkable sleeves, 440 Volts 6 way 4 Pole with and include MCB, SP, 6 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA for controlling the street light complete clamped to the pole with and including MS clamp made out of flat iron 25 x 3 mm thick, nut, bolts and washers including providing the electrical connection for incoming / outgoing cable through proper lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scrapping out faded / rusted old paint from street light pole of 12m height using wire brush. Emery paper and prepairing surface for painting applying one coat of alluminium paint on poles including cross arms, bolts and nuts, anti climbing device etc and writing existing pole number with black paint over a yellow base and painting of coping/base using white cement base paint complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exeeding 1.5 m deep, getting out the excavated earth bottom surface to required gradient complte all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removal of excavated material such as soils n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for spreading riddle earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in two layers, first laylers of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ ducts including consolidation of each layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.5 Mtr and depth 0.7 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hard using pre mix bituminous as required at site to match with the existing surface all as specified. NOTE: Before using the hand drilling/ breaker machine diamond cutter will be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for boring in soft/ loose soil at a deapth not less than 1.5 metre under road/PTT/pavement/ Hard standing etc by usingof ultra sounding technique and mechinery equipments suitable for and including laying HDPE pipe nominal outer dia 100 mm PE 80 PN- 10 ISI marked all as per IS 4984/2016 including fittings complete without damaging the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- (i) Location of boring holes shall be decided by the Enginer- in- charge as per requirement , nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road /PTT/pavement /Hardstanding etc. (ii) During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different type of soil. Tender is hereby advised to keep in mind this aspect while quoting his rates.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade aluminium conductor cable Cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core in trenches or fixed to wall / passing through pipe / pole and testing complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Excavation & earth work, Brick protection and sand cushining shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per Item No. 15.00 here-in-before but cross sectional area of cable 3.5 core x 35 sqmm.
