Providing Vehicle for Belagavi & Ghataprabha TLM section in Operation Division, Belagavi

The tenderer should have provided Similar services in State / Central Government Departments / Organizations, Public sector / Private Companies / KPTCL / ESCOMs of contract value not less than Rs. 14.36 Lakhs per annum evidencing the same, satisfactorily (usually not less than 50% of the tender amount), to at least one reputed Organization for a minimum period of One year during the last three financial years (ie: 2023-24 & 2024-25, 2025-26).The experience certificates issued by competent officers (not below the rank of EE or equivalent cadre) are to be uploaded.

The Tenderer shall be individual Proprietorship firm or partnership firm, or Company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013. Tenderer shall upload Registration certificate/license issued by the Commerce & Industries department or any other Government statutory Authority shall be uploaded. For Proprietorship firm, PAN and GST registration certificate shall be uploaded.

The tenderer shall be a reputed manpower providing agency having valid Manpower Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Labour, GoK. Documentary proof in the form of certificate of registration issued by GoK is to be uploaded

The tenderer shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI and Payment of Wages etc. and provide the necessary proof of its compliance every month together with the bill. In case the tenderer fails to provide such proof of payments made to the personnel in which month it is due and such default to occurs for more than 3 months in any continuous period of 12 months, the same will be considered as Breach of Contract. The tenderer shall comply with all the statutory requirements evidencing the same. The self-declaration letter by the tenderer in the letter head of the firm is to be uploaded along with the ESI and EPF registration certificate.

The tenderer should be in a position to provide vehicles of models registered in the year 2023 and later, model of the vehicle should be Tempo Traveler (26+1 Seater) model vehicles or Equivalent capacity, RC details, insurance, GPS tracker should be installed etc and must be well maintained & roadworthy with yellow board and valid permit within 10 days from the date of issue of detailed work award.The tenderer Self-declaration that they will provide vehicle as per requirement within 10 days from the date of issue of detailed work award is to be uploaded

The tenderer should comply with all RTO rules & policies/ rules of State Government. The self-declaration letter by the tenderer & compliance of all RTO rules & policies/ rules of State Government in the letter head of the firm is to be uploaded.

The tenderer should be registered under GST Act, proof of which should be submitted along with the tender document and should submit proof of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) assigned by the Income Tax Department.

The tenderer whose contracts have been terminated / foreclosed / blacklisted / penalized by any Organizations during the last Three years due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations / deficiency in service are not eligible to participate in the tender

The tenderer should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV may result in rejection of bid.

The offer of the tenderers taking deviations in following clauses will be summarily rejected. 1. Tender Validity , 2. Earnest money deposit, 3. Payment, 4.Penalty, 5.Reporting Time, 6.Price Basis, 7.Tenderers past performance in rendering services.

The Bidder shall upload the power of attorney in the prescribed format on Rs.500/- Stamp paper. Original power of attorney shall be sent in original to Chief Engineer Electy., Operations Transmission Zone, KPTCL, Bagalkote to reach after the last submission date & on or before the date & time of opening Techno commercial Bids.

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years (in the last Five years ie: 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 28.73 Lakhs not less than the amount put to tender. Documentary proof certified by a Chartered Accountant is to be uploaded
