Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including iron mongries, hold fast etc and including making good disturbed portions of walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each including iron mongries, hold fast etc and including making good disturbed portions of walls in Cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm and refixing in same opening after resecuring or easing or ruffling etc each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs factory made PVC cupboards frame of the size 75 mm x 40 mm with a wall thicknesss of 5 mm made out of extruded 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet of density 600kg/cbm, having bottom width of 50mm and thickness of 10 mm. All four frame lengths reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm M.S.square tubes of 19 quage thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners adjointed with 2 nos of 15mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm M.S. square tubes. the door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 long MS screw through the frame by using PVC fastners. A minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum of 2 nos of screw to be provided horizontal members etc. complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing.

S&F in repair factory made PVC cupboards flush type shutter of 30 mm thick consisting of frame made out M S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size 19mm x 19 mm for stiles and rails. The inside panels shall consist of 20 mm thick multichamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement / cynoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet, on both sides of inside panels including necessary item to fix the shutters to frame such as 100 mm stainless steel hinges (06 Nos Each Shutter), 100 mm long handles(02Nos Each Shutter)150mm long barrel tower (02Nos Each Shutter), made of anodised aluminium and magnetic ball catch(01 Nos Each Shutter), for each pair of shutters. all four edges of the panels to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm thick and 20 mm wide PVC sheet baton( made by sticking 2nos PVC foam sheet of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive) complete as per direction of Engr-in- charge

S&F in repair factory made PVC shelf/partition of required size consisting of panel of Min 20 mm thick WPC Plain/Color and for supporting the hold of shelf/Partition and shall provided 3 gdges in size 18 mmx18 mm as per required lenght. The front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf/partition to be edge lipped by 18 mmwidthx1 mm thick PVC sheet using solvent cement etc reqired length. complete all as specified and directed

S&F aluminium anodised 125 mm Hasp and staple, safety type,brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed in repair with screws complete all as specified and directed.
