M&L for Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation Water Supply Installations at OLD PUMP HOUSE, comprising with pumping of Ground Water from Borewell, Aeration, Coagulation, Sedimentation, Filteration, Chlorination, boosting the Water from Clean Water Sump to OH Reservoir, supply Water by operating Valves and running of stand by DG Set with ONE OPERATOR (FGM) & ONE HELPER round the Clock in THREE SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning, Evening & Night Shift, each Shift of 8 Hours duration) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance like cleaning of Machines, Equipments and Hourly Reading and Recording of Each Plant in Log Sheet(s). Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the Contractor for all Equipments installed at Pump House in Standard Proforma to make Record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. (b) DHPP for running the DG Set as required shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as ‘FREE-FOR-USING & RUNNING’ (c) SHIFT DUTIES TIMMINGS Morning Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours Evening Shift : 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours Night Shift : 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours (d) Contractor shall provide 01 pair of Dress (pant, Shirt with printed logo of firm in front and back, cap and 01 pair of Shoes) immediate after acceptance of contract. (e) Contractor shall provide Required tools as specified by engr-in-charge. (f) Cost of (d) and (e) deemed to be included in quoted rate by contractor.

NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance like cleaning of Machines, Equipments and Hourly Reading and Recording of Each Plant in Log Sheet(s).
