Third Party Inspection for the work of Construction of Automated Driving test track in Existing RTO Premises at Honnavar

The Consultancy Firm / Company should have been involved in the Civil Engineering Third Party Inspection Services during the previous five years .i.e, during the years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 till date of submission of tender. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish Firm/Company Registration certificate and GST Registration Certificate.

The Tenderer in his name should have, in the last five financial years ( i.e. during the years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 till date of submission of tender.) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum Annual Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Project management Consultation/Third Party Inspection Works only) of Rs. 14,78,171/-. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish the Audited Profit & Loss statement of two years with minimum Annual Financial Turnover. (The Financial Turnover of the Previous Years will be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2024-25). The Audited Profit & Loss statement shall be certified by a chartered accountant only. Profit & Loss statement certified by any other personnel stands rejected and will not be considered under any circumstances.

Executed and completed successfully at least 2 No. (Two No.) of similar nature of Third Party Inspection Work including periodical inspection and Quality Control for construction work of Project Costing not less than Rs. 2,46,36,189/- each in any of the previous five Financial Year for Central Government / State Government / PSU / Urban Local Body and the same shall have been commenced and completed in all respects within the last 5 financial years i.e, during the years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25till date of submission of tender. The Consultant shall furnish Certificates duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the rank of the Executive Engineer in case of works done in Central Government / State Government / PSU / Urban Local Body and Chief Executive or the Managing Director or the head of the of the institution / company / Establishment. The Value of the Completed Work will be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2024-25.

Laboratory with NABL or NAAC Accreditation (Both Mechanical & Chemical). The Consultant/Firm participating in the tender should have their own lab accredited with NABL/NAAC. The firm that does not have own laboratory can have the MoU with the firm or institution, having NABL/NAAC Accreditation.

All the key consultants like Quality control Engineer, Structural and Electrical engineers, should be in the firm from the last 3 years. Appropriate self attested employers certificate.
