Supply and Fix MS steel work in Square / Rectangular / Tubular hollow trusses and hollow posts including special shaped washers, gasset plate etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any descriptions exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical, with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position as specified in SSR Part I complete, including Dismantling water tanks exc 250 & n exc 500 ltr cap and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00 mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured separately.

Fixing only in repairs 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh, fixed to mild steel fencing post with bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for taking out sludge from septic tanks/sewage sumps /manholes etc and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m away from starting point and depositing in pits n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth covered by ordinary soil to thickness not less than 30 cm from existing ground level including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the area of trenches and on the cleared septic tank and incl necessary exc and earth work in soft/loose soil (Volume of sludge in pit shall be measured) .

Taking down & Refixing after repair /rewinding of unserviceable exhaust 250mm / 450mm sweep fan rotor with original gauge of super enamelled copper wire after necessary cutting, removing burnt winding of exhaust fan from core and cleaning all parts including insulation materials, varnishing, heating and replacement of unserviceable spare parts (spare parts such as capacitor, bearing etc shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item of Sch 'A') and including testing on full load current complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Unit rate of this item is including the cost of transportation charges from original site to workshop and back from work shop to original site.

Segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning the serviceable parts thoroughly by approved method (Part like water seal, bearings, fan and caacity etc) heating,drying and varnishing including replacement of burnt windiwng with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and good quality of insulating materials including replacement of unservicealbe parts as required (expect those mentioned in supply only items here-in-after as the same is measured and paid separately) re-assembling the motor including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after necessary surface preparation, making number (SM, MES and Srl No) installing to its existing foundation, commissioning, connected up and testing complete as directed for the monoblock pum, 5 HP motor, Three phase, 415 volt.

M&L Servicing/overhauling of Self Starter 12 volts by replacing armature/field coil/bushes/bearing/rivets etc all as required for smooth functioning of alternator of the DG Set, testing all as specified and directed (i) Cost of small spares required for maint of alternator shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Major Spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iii) Spares replaced shall be guaranteed for one year. Note :- : Old unserviceable lead battery shall be desposited in MES/E&M store yard by the contractor and cost of transportation charges are included in the unit rates of the items.

Dismantling old unserviceable bracket of any size and supply & fix bracket made of GI pipe 40mm bore light grade bend to shape not less than 1.5 mtr with 2 Nos of MS clamps fabricated out of MS flat of size 40x5mm including nut, bolts, washers etc complete

M&L for locating fault LT UG Cable of any type and size with the held of fault locating machine/vehicle by injecting necessary high voltage to the fault cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L including taking down old unsv cable for replacement of XLPE cable of 25 Sqmm, 3.5 core insulated heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade in trench/on poles and wall including suitable handware accessories, connecting up, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.(Make:Havells/Polycab/MES CAB/RICHA)

M&L Earthing as in repairs complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm x6mm thick buried directly in gournd (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized 4 mm dia earth wire as earthing lead upto 7.5 mtrs from testing point fixed by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer, of galvanized earth wire protected by 25mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to earthing test point including funnel with watering pipe of 20mm bore light grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (Compacted thickness) all around earth electrode with concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 50mm thick precast RCC M-20 nominal mix cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 10cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar including necessary execavation, earth work in soft / loose soil and deposited soil to a distance n.exc 50 M and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES shedule Part-I.
