Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF AC casseets mounting set of the following capacities which include replacement of filter, warn out parts, charging of refrigerant, Electric connection, MCBs, Control System, fault finding and its rectification to ensuring the system work in entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge of Out door unit 22 HP - 01 Nos, 24 HP - 01 Nos, 28 HP - 02 Nos & 16 HP - 01 No, connecting pipe lines and connected Indoor units of BLUE STAR Make complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF AC casseets mounting set of the following capacities which include replacement of filter, warn out parts, charging of refrigerant, Electric connection, MCBs, Control System, fault finding and its rectification to ensuring the system work in entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge of Out door unit 16 HP - 04 Nos, 20 HP - 03 Nos & 22 HP - 02 Nos, connecting pipe lines and connected Indoor units of LG Make complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF AC casseets mounting set of the following capacities which include replacement of filter, warn out parts, charging of refrigerant, Electric connection, MCBs, Control System, fault finding and its rectification to ensuring the system work in entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge of Out door unit 12 HP - 07 Nos & 10 HP - 01 Nos, connecting pipe lines and connected Indoor units of MITSUBISHI Make complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive Maintenance for 02x Air Handling Units (AHU PAC AH500/250, Make- Mitsubishi) including periodic preventive maintenance, inspection, cleaning of filters, blower, and coils, lubrication of moving parts, checking electrical connections, belt alignment, vibration analysis, and overall performance monitoring, fault finding and its rectification to ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operation of AHUs entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed.. Note for item 1 to 4 :- a) The Maintenance of the VRF ACs/ AHU shall be done through OEM or firm authorised by the OEM only. b) The parts being replaced/repaird shall be genuine and from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE . Cost of parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. c) All software update required for smooth functioning of VRF ACs shall be undertaken by OEM only. d) Periodical Servicing of each VRF Acs/ AHU to be carried out by company technician and records/logbook shall be maintained at Engr-in-Charge. e) The compressor will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same will be repaired/replaced. f) Safety control such as pressure cut outs will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any mal functioning, they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly. g) The PCB of the IDU & ODU will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning, they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly. h) Nitorgen pressure testing, vaccumaizing and gas charging, if necessary. j) Air filter will be inspected and cleaned or replaced, if necessary k) The comprehensive maintenance work of ACs/ AHU shall be carried out by OEM only. Tenderers shall upload the MoU between contractor & OEM alongwith tender documents during submission of tenders otherwise bid shall be liable to reject in technical evaluation by the TIA if MoU not found submitted/uploaded during bid submission. The documents of MoU between contractor & OEM shall be Registered/ Notarised. If MOU not submitted alongwith tender documents the bid shall be rejected. l) The work are mentioned above shall deemed included in qouted rate.
