One coat of Synthetic enamelled paint on old steel surfaces including preparation of old painted surface not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm with 12mm perforated particle board /tiles of size 600mmx600mm complete with GI Hangers adjusted level fixed to roofs slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat and fasteners 12.5 mm dia , 40mm long complete including taking down old ceiling all as specified.
