Supply, laying and testing of cast iron pipes of size 150mm bore with spigot and socket ends, push on rubber joint, centrifugall cast, class 'A' in any length, laid in trenches/over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position of including push on rubber gasket jointing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work, returning filling & removal of earth to be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for CI (specials) fitting for flanged pipe such as bend, (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), tee pieces, junction, cross etc for 150 mm bore CI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of double flanged non rising/Rising Spindle Sluice Valve 150 MM of PN 1.6, as per IS 14846 and IS1538, cast iron as per IS-210 Gr FG260, SS spindle, Bronze body seat ring, Bornze wedge ring, gland packing-jute & hemp, Natural rubber gasket, Bornze stem nut with spining wheel complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve pit chamber with brick masonary with sub class 'B' bricks (one brick thick) in cement mortar (1:6) and necessary PCC (100 mm thick) type D2 (1:4:8) as in foundation and 15mm thick plastering on brick work in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary earthwork etc work having internal dimension 120cm x 120cm x 120cm and providing of 3mm thick MS sheet cover duly hinged on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and embedded on top of chamber by minimum 4 Nos MS hold fast. Necessary locking arrangement shall be provided to the sheet cover for safety. The steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats black bituminous paint over a coat of anti corrosive red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing self priming three phase, coupled pump with motor mono block pump set with all fixing arrangement like base frame, PCC platform at sewage sump room, electrically driven, 415 Volts, three phase, AC, size 80x80 mm, Sync speed 1500 RPM, 50 Hz, cast iron fabricated, protection class IP-55, impeller dia 224 MM, insulation class 'F' having a discharge flow rate 1038 to 3600 LPM at a head of 10 to 17 Meters, delivery/discharge dia 80 mm including insertion of GI/ERW column pipe with other connected accessories and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Necessary column pipe, pipe accessories and electrical cable 3 phase type shall bedeemed to be included with quoted rate).

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item if required)

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out for laying of CI pipe line/UG cables complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0m bellow the road surfaces) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exceeding 50mm dia for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned down volume of sand to be measured)

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x 75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces of wall after preparation of plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 50mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for earthing with glavanised steel eart plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX60cm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip of size 32X6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick including taking down old one earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Notre: Galvanised iron strip of size 32X6mm upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).
