M/L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade aggregate as in water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounde or chamfered angles and throating, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses,coping, parapets padding, benching or similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of nahni/floor/gully trap/water closet upto first manhole and removal of sludge etc including refixing of existing trap grating with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening and dewatering of soakage well of any capacity up to 3 mtr dia by pumping out foul/dirty water through by using mechnical pump and all arrangment like labour ,fuel,opertator & shifting of pump arranged by contractor including working approch to the site and pump out up to distance not less than 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing damaged water closet alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing new EWC / IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasting of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iii) Providing cement concrete to fill up the sunken floor (PCC 1:4:8) after testing of water tightness.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fasts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Refixing of shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 sqm each in same opening including of taking down, easing, adjusting and renewal/refixing of builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
