Cold Insulation work of pipelines, equipments, etc. at HYAM & Pollution Control plants in FACT Petro-UC

Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering and cold / hot insulation work of different thickness from vessels, equipments, pipelines etc. and disposing the Aluminium Sheets at scrap yard / MCD and transporting the dismantled insulation materials to low lying areas pointed out in the company up to 3KM as per instructions.

Repairing the existing aluminium sheet covering by rescrewing with fresh self tapping screws including arranging the blankets in position, if required. (Materials will be provided by the Company free of cost).

Supply of 'Isocyanate' for making PUF insulation of density 45Kg/M3

Supply of 'polyol' for making PUF insulation of density 45Kg/M3

Providing cast in situ PUF insulation 50 mm to 150 mm thick with aluminium cladding,formwork etc. to pipe lines, bends, valves, joints of dia 25 to 250 mm after applying a coat of bituminous primer and using required materials including necessary scaffolding as per standard specification (Materials such as Polyol, Isocynate, Aluminium sheet &screws will be supplied by the company free of cost at company stores)
